The ice machine was in a different tower, which was wildly inconvenient. Staff did bring us ice, so that was great. And there was no iron or ironing board, which never happens in a room, but again the staff brought it to us. So no complaints.

The decor and ambiance of the hotel was amazing. Our room was immaculate. The staff were friendly and always helpful, answering questions and providing recommendations for attractions, restaurants etc. We will absolutely stay here again. We plan to come back each year for our anniversary.

Cost of valet parking was very high

There was lots of choice at breakfast and staff very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the Peacock bar really classy and lovely.

Here for Mardi Gras -The location is fantastic and the vibe of the hotel is hip. The peacock room is a great spot for a drink or a bite.

The bar, while pretty, has some kinks to work out with service, cocktail making, etc.

The staff is amazing! Ray stole my heart. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The coffee, all day water, and happy hour were all nice touches.

Hotel was beautiful, we checked in at 1am and were so lovely. Sent housekeeping up to make an additional bed for us. Nothing was a problem. Room was so spacious, beds and linen were so comfy. Would stay again and again

The hotel was so cute and trendy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and most importantly LOVED THE STAFF & restaurant/cafe attached. The food was bomb. Important to not it's conveniently next to so many great restaurants and historical sites as well as so many forms of transport

Beautiful hotel! Modern, chic, quirky, clean, comfortable, roomy. Location was good too...not too close to everything so it was nice and quite, but close enough to walk to most attractions. Restaurant and bar areas were also lovely.

Thermostat in the room was difficult to manage and no make up mirror.

Service was great. Everyone on staff from valets to front desk were friendly and helpful.The location was convenient. Wish there had been a make up mirror in the bathroom because the lighting and mirror were not good.

Parking was not onsite and was a bit sketchy. We did self park but valet would have parked at the same location.

I liked the hotel, our room was great. Very nice. I liked the social hour. It’s a great perk for staying at Kimpton. The location was also pretty close to everything we wanted to do. And the staff were friendly and attentive. They were able to apply the stay to my Honors membership even though I did not book directly with them

amazing location, very safe and hotel is super new and stylish. Couple places in the hotel to have breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner. Free coffee and tea for guests till noon, delicious food options. Spacious room with new interior, great sound insulation too so we felt like only people in the hotel.
