There is an odour when you first walk in, not sure if it’s a cleaning product they use but it was off putting. The rest of the hotel didn’t smell, it was just at the front door. The few times we asked, staff weren’t able to suggest attractions or restaurants. Phone in the room didn’t work at all so couldn’t call the front desk. When I mentioned it to the front desk but they said they were changing the phone system or maybe it needed to be charged - the phone was completely dead

Location was close to the airport which was good, it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Our air conditioner was very loud so couldn’t use it for the first few night but they sent in their engineer and he thoroughly cleaned it, changed the filter and it was perfect after that

The property was fine but there was a problem with booking which caused a lot of stress for my son and I the night before he had major surgery due to unavailability for the 10 nights I had booked through third party.

The property was terrific. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

The property was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and took care of us. The price was right for our budget. Breakfast was served each morning and a guest social in the evening was really great! The room we had was a suite so we could prepare meals if we wanted to which was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. We will stay here again.

Great location, amenities and staff. Free breakfast, shuttle rides, and happy hours. Would highly recommend this. Across from Phoenix Children’s. Close to many Phoenix attractions. Good for families.

Comfortable. Great location near airport. Great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit. Staff at front desk was very helpful, although we felt he was overworked and needed more help. He had several things to attend to at once and was alone.

Breakfast ran out of food and had to wait a while for refill.

One thing that my family and I did not appreciate was that we have driven 20 hours and tried to check in early, (maybe 2 hours early) just because we were tired. The staff told us to call, and we did but never was able to check in. I could have paid extra for the accommodation but not even that was offered. Also, during happy hour, the eggrolls that they served were cold.

The room was very accommodating loved the two nights we were there.

Honestly nothing really, just the first night there was a black out and I know the property has no control over the weather.

I liked the fact that it looked exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good quality. I can not rate the pool because, unfortunately, it was way too hot outside to use it. But other than that it was a great experience.

Traveling for an interview and realized late at night I needed 2 more copies of my resume. The night front desk person was extremely kind and helpful and printed 2 copies for me. When I arrived downtown for my interview it became evident that I would not return in time for checkout. I contacted the front desk and they extended my checkout by a half hour. It really lifted the stress of the morning. The rooms were perfect, bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.

My husband went down to the car early Saturday morning and when the elevator door opened there was a homeless man “using the restroom”. They should have all exterior doors locked early morning, late night,

Convenient to the airport as we had an early flight. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Pool could be bigger and have towels out there at all times. Other than that it was nice

Breakfast was good should have more options daily and longer times during the week. 9:30 was when it was over and we do not get up till like 9. Also there is nice selections of different foods but for me I do not like sausage and they had that 2 days in a row.

I feel it’s not in the best neighborhood anymore. Unfortunately, the area has changed within the past 2 years. A lot more homeless ppl now hanging out at the park down the way and are closely around the hotel.
