It seems to attract large families that cook on the grills pool side, groups of 10 or more that have children that generally aren’t supervised by their parents in the pool and hot tub. The rooms should also provide a safe for your valuables and cash.

Good location, Westgate Entertainment District was close by with plenty of restaurant options. 30 minutes from the airport, fairly easy to get to and find. They had a good breakfast every morning and a nice social event Monday through Wednesday with a light meal, beer and wine. The pool area is also very nice, self service towels all around the pool with cabana options to escape from the afternoon sun. I had a room with a balcony which is highly recommended.

Too many people were around the breakfast food. We were disappointed there was no hot chocolate at breakfast and none in our room. Each bedroom could have used a small chair.

Very happy our cats were able to join us. Additionally, the two bedroom suites were very spacious, each bedroom with it's own bathroom.

That’s it was far away from areas we wanted to go to as far as the zoo n aquariums. But other than that it was pretty good experience there, we loved it.

I felt the room was clean but on the small size. Bathroom was tight and water sprayed on the floor and wall.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The outdoor amenities such as the pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping.

This is not the hotel’s fault but there were two drunk men in the grass by the parking lot drinking out of paper bags and being loud and obnoxious as I checked in alone with my two small children. I didn’t like that.

Breakfast was great and the facilities were perfect for traveling with family. The front desk people and customer service were exceptional.

Nothing, everything was great!

Very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and although my room was not ready in time for check in they took care of me. Jason at the front desk was AMAZING! He went above and beyond what is expected for any hospitality worker. He really made us feel like valued guests and not just another number. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in town!

I booked through booking.com and it said I can pay at the hotel but they called the day before my stay and said they needed to preauthorize the card before the stay but when I called they ended saying I need to pay before I got there to hold my room. Frustrating.

Beautiful hotel. We hired a wonderful family room, with all the comforts including kitchen, breakfast bar and living area. Very good breakfast. They also have coffee available in the lobby all day. Super helpful staff: We forgot our money in the room and contacted them by phone when we found out. They checked the room and held the money until we came back to get it.

Loved our stay. It was expensive but understandable as we were there for the Super Bowl. I would value the hotel at $240-270 on an average night and $380-420 on event nights (games, concerts)
