Parking was terrible, I had to park several rooms down. the room was extremely dirty when I went in. The doorframes were rotting. I had a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes and the walls were yellow. There were also stains on all the fabric furniture. The bath was also rusting.

The staff was very nice. They had a potty area for the dogs.

The floors in the room were still dirty when I got in. There were streaks of dirt, like a mop with dirty water was used, everywhere. I always bring indoor slippers to hotels and the bottoms of mine turned black.

As a woman who travels alone, I really liked that they had a security guard patrolling at night. He was constantly moving about the property. The grounds were very clean and staff was very helpful.

The bathroom was run down, the shower/tub could use a deep clean and the towels were old and had hair and lint, probably from the dryer. Definitely take your own towels and maybe shower shoes

We came home in the middle of our stay, used our card to get in. It did not open the door. The office rekeyed it with no comment. When we opened the door, none of our luggage was there. Someone else’s belongings were in the room. We had been moved, someone else was in the room. There was no reason, nor apology. Person in the office had no idea why. We were left in a room with 1 double bed. The next morning the office opened at 9:00. We waited. The person coming in stated we would get our room $ returned from Bookings. It has not happened.

I had to check out as soon as I walked in the room. It smelled like cigarettes, the door wouldn't even lock, & there was trash of cigarettes & alcohol bottles on the floor as I was walking up the stairs to the room. I called the front & the receptionist was super sweet. She stated she was unable to get me a new room due to them being full but offered to give me my money back & I would just have to find somewhere else.

It was in a great spot, close to a lot of things to do. Comfortable bed, nice room with stove, microwave and refrigerator.

The wifi didn’t work. There was mold in the bathroom. The fridge was falling apart. There were crumbs in the bed. Don’t waste your money here.

You are renting a suite with a kitchenette, but they do not state that there isn’t even a fork for you to use. You must bring your own cutlery and cookware. Someone staying at the hotel used their tablet to create a digital key for my work truck. I reported this to the front desk, who said nothing helpful or supportive. I contacted the police who informed me they calls for this hotel all the time. I understand there are criminals doing crummy things, but if the front desk woman would have been more helpful or took it seriously, I would have appreciated it. She said she’d contact the manager, but I heard nothing. I had to take my truck to my employers yard to insure it was safe and spend more than $50 on Uber rides because I couldn’t keep the truck at the hotel. Luckily, this happened my last night. Some sort of compensation or professional gesture would have been warranted. Cannot recommend this place.

I was forced to leave. There should be an area of rooms for people who have dogs. Instead I was put in a room next to animal haters!

I liked my room. It felt like a studio apartment not a hotel.
