Our cable and internet was out Saturday morning. Also, our room was stuck in 64 degrees, we were offered to move, but it was an inconvenience so we stayed. Rather be cold than hot!

I called about early check in and they were not able to do at the moment. Derrick called me back within an hour to let me know that they had a room for us, which I thought was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

The outdoor pool area tables and chairs needed some cleaning. Lighting issues in the room, poor lighting in kitchen area. Light on microwave not working and light on desk not working. Lots of sirens at that location.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Clean room, quiet. Shower “sang” at times but worked well. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Kudos to the kitchen crew! Pool area was adequate.

The rooms are outdated and common areas could use a good cleaning.

Breakfast was a great variety and wonderful choices . It was very thoughtful and made such an impression that afternoon snacks were set out for the swimmers competing that week. There was also a cooler of ice provided , which was phenomenal.

Street person sitting in pool area all day. Our unit could tolerate s little update. Bad stains on sofa. Smears cleaning on refrigerator

Long way from elevator to room 506. Deadbolt didn’t work on our door. I reserved a king bed but got a queen so we didn’t sleep well. There was a lot of food for breakfast but I think the fruit was frozen fruit. It wasn’t flavorful. Waffles had no flavor nor did the eggs. I should’ve had a bagel with cream cheese. But we ended up stopping for breakfast.

Had trouble with door lock that took several attempts to finally fix. The staff was very helpful in resolving this problem but it was time consuming and frustrating. Pool area was nice but a little small. Nothing nearby to really walk to.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with good climate control and a nice kitchenette. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location a little off the beaten path but close to downtown area if driving. Final bill was adjusted to compensate for a door lock problem.

Entrance to lobby on a through drive to 5th Ave, not conducive to unloading and loading. Parking spaces ridiculously narrow.

The room was spacious, was clean as was the entire property.

Expensive. Except for John, employees were not that friendly.

Proximity to Tropicana Field for the Royal Rumble. Being able to park at the hotel. John at the front desk was WONDERFUL! In a time where good customer service seems to be the exception instead of the rule, John was the gold star standard! Even when his co-worker was so rude to him in front of us, John continued to be professional. He made us feel so welcomed! Thank you, John!

At the second of breakfast ending the staff turned off the lights and started to remove food with significant noise. Excellent food but really surprised about the banging and active push to have guests removed on the bell of breakfast ending. Otherwise excellent and worth a visit but the cessation of breakfast could be kinder.

The WiFi was very slow. The television was poorly positioned and the screen was a little small. There was no water at the breakfast only juices and soda.

The room was exceptional. It was spacious and well-appointed.

My shower was dirty, and there wasn't enough staff available to clean.

I enjoyed the breakfast options and beverages. The food tasted good, and the roasted potatoes were my favorite. I liked how coffee and tea were available in the lobby throughout the day and night. The room was a decent size, and the bed was super comfortable.

I ordered UberEats because I did not realize when I booked that there wasn't a restaurant on site.
