Parking, while free and available, seemed to be in fairly short supply, although there's another parking lot between this hotel and the next which had more space and might also have been available.

Alot of noise from 98, breakfast was very limited, bed wasn't very comfortable, very small parking lot for a truck with a bike rack, good thing we could park next door. Oh ya and we reserved a room with a king bed but they they gave it to someone else so we ended up in a room with 2 beds. We weren't impressed

The balcony room was nice, but so bright at night. There was an automatic light that came on that couldn't be turned off, and the extremely bright parking lot lights shined a spotlight on the balcony. We were disappointed with the breakfasts offered. My husband has Celiac disease and they offered biscuits and gravy two out of the three days we were there. He cannot have things made with flour.

The location was great (just across the street from the ocean - a short 5 minute walk). It was centrally located from shopping, restaurants and tourist activities.

Cleanliness..kept finding hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't ours. Maybe from the towels? The fridge was way too small, and the shelf inside was broken. Coffee maker was too dirty to use. Breakfast could have used more protein options.

Indoor pool was awesome....nice and warm. The hot tub was great also. Fairly close to the beach. Bed was comfortable, room size was adequate for the three of us. Free breakfast. We also got a great off-season price.

The night staff needs a little more training on how to speak with the guest. I couldn’t figure out the WiFi so I called the desk and he tells me that it’s on my key card and the flyer next to the tv and hung up. There was 2 different passwords on those so I went down and he told me “I said it was on the key card”. Um no sir you did not.

Breakfast ran out of many items, only a sheet and blanket on bed, I prefer a duvet which has a full washable cover on it, pool is small and in the back, not really a pool to hang out in

The carpet around the bottom of the bed frame needs to be better vacuumed.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable. We were in a room right by the lobby but didn't hear much noise even though other guests were plentiful. Enjoyed our stay.

While the day staff was amazing, the night staff not so much, not as friendly, not always available, and often came across as bothered by any requests. The indoor pool area is cozy and comfy but the water was way too cold. Landscaping needs work.

The day staff was amazing with their friendliness and so very helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious with a great selection maintained by a smiling face. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little too soft for me.
