The room smelling of smoke and it was a non smoking room and their were cigarette holes in the bed

When I went in the room it was Dank and musty smelling and I had to open the window and spray Fabreese throughout the room. I also had to take the A/C filter out and wash it in the tub It turned the bottom of the tub black with dirt.. It was only then that the musty smell stayed away. When I sat at the desk it felt like fleas were jumping on my legs. I had to have the staff come in and vacuum the carpet thoroughly. I told the front desk about it and they were very apologetic and said I should have let them know so they could have cleaned it. I was apprehensive about staying there on the first floor because people would walk by as if they were casing the rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was OK for a cold breakfast.

Strong smell of smoke in our non-smoking room. Breakfast was sparse.

Traveling for a lacrosse tournament for my 16 year old son. Cost was lower that some nearby hotels. Good - bed very comfortable but need to bring own pillows. Ice make was great! Average - breakfast choices were sparse and not replenished very often when empty. Bad - our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff came in and sprayed it (also an overwhelming smell), applied baking soda or something to floors and vacuumed on the second day, but stench never left… we just gradually became nose blind. 3rd floor is a smoking floor but the smoke gets in lower floors.

no cups in room, safe didn't work. our second room, the clock didn't work....furniture was old, but comfortable. we were on the 3rd floor-no elevator. weed smell in lobby and hallways. rooms smelled fine though!

coffee was good......nothing else special about the breakfast though. The beds were very comfortable !!! You have the strangest set up with the air conditioner in the suite room with the fan in the wall to pull the cool air into the bedroom from the living room., but it worked-however if it was summer, I don't think the bedroom would have been cool enough! Rooms were clean!

More attention on cleaning of the rooms. It was non smoking rooms but the smell of the smoke made the stay uncomfortable

The bed was rock hard. It was clean and the pillows were nice but was too hard. I didn't sleep well, hubby was fine. The bathroom needs updating. The tube mat was nasty. Clean but very old and used. The tub was not clean. Shower was very nice with good spray! The towels are ancient and barely enough to go around. I know I could have asked for more. We stay at Super 8's regularly and they usually are pristine. This one,, not so much.

The check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and cool which we REALLY appreciated.

Place needs major updating. Old hotel ,Not clean .chairs are soiled and dirty, shower head leaking. Probably would not visit again .

There are people living in this hotel and I’m pretty sure the people above us lived there. They were constantly stomping around all day and all night . Contacted the front desk and it didn’t help. Couldn’t sleep most nights. The floors feel like they are falling apart under the carpet both in the room and in the hallway. It’s cheaper for a reason and would not recommend anyone staying here!

Roaches was everywhere, toilets kept getting backed up and there were people selling drugs and snorting coke outside in the hotel parking lot.
