I would have liked a light over the mirror so I could sit down and put make up on or so I could write a letter or read . I called and requested a smoking room and I was given a smoking room so the only room they had did not have a working TV . So we couldn’t watch TV . The bed was squeaky and lumpy so we bought a mattress topper it was a little better . Other than that everything was pretty good !

Our room was really clean ! The hardwood floors make it more sterile. we had a nice refrigerator coffee maker and blow dryer . I loved all the usb charging ports ! I felt safe and there .

The TV didn't work . Had to get transfer to another room . I forgot some items ,when I called the guy at the office was very rude and unprofessional.

the kight fixture did not have light bulbs. Thiierwas a few roaches, and their wifi connection was weak bad.

I saw a cockroach, the bed was really squeaky, the water pressure was horrible and the door looks like it had gotten broken into and never fixed.

That it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Pillows sucked. Like rocks. Had to beat some yield into them The website i booked through said there would be breakfast but there wasn't

The cleanliness, the bugs, on the bed the roaches crawling around, the cigarette burns & ashes that were put out on every corner in the bathroom ledges, the door panels & frames were broken & ripped off, dog food left in the corner of the floor by closet, the noise was ridiculously unbearable all day & night! Towels were very dingy & old not at all white.. didn't dare touch them, covers were itchy & rough, need new sets

I usually have no problems with the rooms or anything..the staff are very nice & work with you on every aspect

Everything was shut down in the area. Not to mention the street close to rooms were very heavy in traffic and natives were very effected w/ social degeneration.

Probably would of been a better stay if not for Covid problems. Everything turned around. No breakfast local business/ eatery's and such.

So when I asked her to check again and showed her my reservation and payment went through she said the ink. Way I can give u a room is of u book and put pay on property. So it’s been about a half hour and still it showed no reservation or payment from me so I rebooked and paid cash

I’m upset the lady behind the counter acted like she was on drugs couldn’t stay still and had an attitude for everything. I told her I had a reservation and the room was paid for and she said it’s not here sorry and dismissed me like nothing not offering advice or a number to call.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of cigarettes. The fridge was really dirty, the walls were old and coming apart, and the door wasn’t secure. I also didn’t like that there were doors connecting the rooms on the left and right. You can hear absolutely everything. Honestly the only positive was the bathroom. It seemed clean.

The man that helped me was nice, but that’s it.

neighbor next door very noisy all during stay. Talked with neighbor and with hotel staff. No change. TV had only one channel. Door keys did not work. We were scheduled for two nights but left after one night. Requested refund for second night and was assured it would be credited back to our card. Has not happened yet. We were in room 111 11/03/23.
