How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The fridge didnt keep anything cold that was the only flaw for us
The staff was very nice young lady helped us out alot. They kept our luggage for us while i graduated shuttle took us right to the airport.

It wasn’t clear that the shuttle only went on the top of the hour from the hotel to the airport. (Though it did run from the airport to the hotel every 15 minutes).

The neighbourhood and the front desk fellow was rather grumpy. Bit pricey for area.

No restaurant nearby. Homeless people sleeping on most corners.
Direct access to the outside makes taking the dogs out easy. The room was nice and in good condition.

Only issue is the location. While it is close to the airport the neighbourhood is not safe to venture out and there are no restaurants to eat close by.
Only brief overnight stay. For the money it's worth the stay for a short stay. Close to airport and convenient airport shuttle. Staff friendly Room was clean just outdated.

The hotel looks a bit run down and it's in a dodgy neighborhood. It smelled like weed all the time. They don't even have an actual luggage storage area so it felt a bit unsafe just leaving it out in the open.
The room was big and comfortable and there was a free airport shuttle. The staff was nice and switched my room because I accidentally booked a smoking room.

The breakfast could be extended another hour, and the restriction to consume breakfast in the breakfast room. Plus, the vending machine does not accept coins and yet does not allow for multiple selections......even when inserting a credit or debit card, only one selection is dispensed. Then, you have to reinsert the card for another selection.
The room was great.

Chairs
The bed was comfortable and clean. The chairs in the room were broken (desk chair) or uncomfortable (bedside chair had a metal bar running through the center of the seat with inadequate cushioning such that it was like sitting on nothing but the metal bar.) The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and in time.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The shuttle service to the airport was good, and when a large number of people appeared for the 5 AM shuttle they added a second bus. We recommend this for people who need transit tot the airport for an early morning flight.

It’s a motel not hotel. Breakfast was not good (microwave your own porridge, few pieces of fruit to grab). Area is dodgy would not feel safe walking off motel lot.
Area is convenient for airport. Room was clean. Driver of shuttle was lovely and very helpful.

I booked one of their jacuzzi Tub rooms. And the tub did not work! And neither did the remote for the TV. I had to do everything by hand with the button on the TV.
The breakfast was mediocre it pretty much Consisted of cereal and yogurt.

Rooms are not soundproof so you hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside and inside. If you want to have a restful see the night before a flight, it won’t happen at this hotel. The front staff was unpleasant and rude

The bed was too soft and felt like I slept in a hole. Every time you move in the bed it made crunchy noises. Disturbing! Found a bug in my clothes in the morning. It would be nice to have the breakfast bar open until 10 am. I missed breakfast by 2 minutes! At 9 am all the breakfast stuff was put away!
A good place to stay being close to the airport! Also a wonderful schuttle service.

The people next door were so loud. We had an early flight so we really wanted some sleep but there were yelling from the time we got there (5:00 pm?) until at least 1:00 am. So ridiculous!!
