The only bummer of our stay was that our room was located in the innermost area of the structure, and when we sat out on our deck we got no breeze.

Our room and bathroom were both super-clean. The daily breakfast offered lots of choices each day. And the pool/beach and tiki bar area was a great place to relax. And all staff were pleasant and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and proactive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was very clean and featured a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. The amenities, including the shampoo and soap, were of very good quality, adding to the comfort of my stay. The view from the 3rd floor was amazing, providing a picturesque scene to enjoy each day. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes by car from the beach, and there is a free parking in front of it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend to stay at The Capitana.

Our first trip to KW. The Capitana was fantastic! Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff were always available. The rooms and entire hotel and pool area kept extremely clean and the daily servicing of our room was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was simple, hot, and very tasty. The pool and beach area was very clean and relaxing. We loved our patio/deck area, a great place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Our room was very clean, spacious, and bed extremely comfortable! We enjoyed our stay so much, can't wait to see you next year!

The bed was too hard. The cord on the hair dryer was way too short and there were no extra blankets. The pillows were horrible!

the cleaning was not so great, the villas were the last to be cleaned, so sometimes we got back to the room at 4, the place was still not cleaned. when they did clean, they didn't really do a good job, just made the beds and took out trash from what we can see, no vacuuming, etc.

the villa was beautiful, we loved the privacy it provided.

Breakfast was included, not so exciting though. Disappointing there was no main restaurant, however there are 1000 to choose from in the main resort!

For me the location was great! Not in the thick of it, but really easy to catch an Uber! So busy in the Centre we were really glad to be just outside in a really nice, new modern hotel. Pool area was fabulous. Room size great. Balcony overlooked beach bar & pool.

The room was on the first floor and we wanted a third floor but apparently, it was all booked so we couldn't change rooms. However, we made the most of it, and the rooms were amazing and clean.

I said almost perfect. I am reaching but the only thing I didn't like is it was a pain to get down to Duvall St. We spent way more than I would have likes on parking down there. If there was some kind of easier option besides driving to get to Duvall, it would be perfect.

The place was an island paradise. Clean, well kept, excellent continental breakfast each day. Is on a busy road, US1, but in the pool and general resort area, you had no idea you were on such a busy road. The place is beautiful and almost perfect.

The entire stay was amazing. I am definitely going back there again with the family. Beautiful location. The pool is warm and open till 11 o'clock. The outside bar drinks are delicious and hit hard LOL, the breakfast is by far. The best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in my life which speaks volumes. Because we all know that breakfast is not cheap in the keys. And they supersede even a restaurant that you pay at amazing place. The entire family loved it worth every cent. The staff is tremendous, very helping and willing to work with you in any way. Shape or form I would give it 20 stars because 5 or 10 wasn't enough

A fairly high pet fee of $100 per night, however, I was happy they accepted pets.

Beautiful resort, Manatees were right outside our door from the 2 bedroom suite on bay. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay. Great breakfast, pool and beach area.

8am breakfast start, in our opinion, is very late. We were not able to utilize the breakfast area due to excursions. Coffee station wasn’t brought out til later also. N espresso is not for us, just regular coffee.
