Needs renovation and fan in bathroom. There should be a smart tv and buffet breakfast. Pool should have been opened in May as the weather was warm.

We had a lovely stay at the Colonnade. The beds where so comfortable (it may have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on), and the rooms where spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to stay comfortably. The hotel was perfectely situated near public transport, a shopping centre and so central that we could get onto the Freeway quickly and easily. Next time we are in Boston we will definitely stay at the Colonnade again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I was in an adjoining room to strangers who were talking all night. I don’t know if they were particularly loud or if the walls were just PAPER thin. It took me hours to fall asleep after asking them to keep it down THROUGH THE WALL. The room cost me nearly $500 for one night, and was not at all worth that price. It was very expensive (likely due to graduations happening that weekend), but I wouldn’t spend that much money on this hotel again - the level of luxury simply did not match how much I paid to stay there.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Easy parking (if expensive) and easy access to food, shopping, and walking around right nearby the hotel. The location was exceptional.

We were in a room with an adjoining room door and had neighbours who had tv on very loud from about 0500. Conversation could easily be heard. Room on the other side alarm went off for 10 mins and not switched off - presumably set by previous occupants so. Unfortunately a noisy start after a long flight.

Staff were great, room very clean, comfy bed. Ironing facilities welcome. Restaurant servers very welcoming. Door staff helpful with luggage and cab, thank you.

Room was a bit worn out and AC was extremely loud and outdated so we ended up not using it. The lock on the bathroom door did not work. Could hear a lot of noise from the corridor as there was a gap under the door and the floor (the door into the room), which also meant that during the night there was light that came from the corridor into the room (not ideal if people are sensitive to light whilst sleeping).

Excellent location that made up for it, beautiful lobby and welcoming employees.

There has been ongoing repair work on the garage for several months. It can be quite noisy during the day. Jackhammers on concrete!!!!

This was our second time staying at The Colonnade, Our room for this visit was not in the type of condition as the room we had the first time we stayed there. There were several things that needed to be fixed in our room. The sink faucets were loose, the toilet paper holder was loose and hung sideways, and one of the door hinges to the closet was falling off. There were several drops or stains on the walls in the bathroom and elsewhere that should have been cleaned. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but the hotel needs to put a little more care and effort into ensuring that the rooms are up to the standard people expect for a hotel in this price range.

The hotel is in a convenient location and has the added benefit of on-site parking with in-and-out privileges. The room was spacious, comfortable and, other than a in a few areas, clean. Desk staff was personable and helpful.

I told the from desk that the ironing board did not work properly. This problem was never addressed over the 4 days I was there. I had no option but to take a handicap room which I really do not like. The windows were extremely dirty. On the final day of our stay there was water leaking into the room from above. We informed the front desk upon checkout.

Location relative to Northeastern University and the Prudential centre was ideal
