Shortcut spending on renovations were evident with broken, mismatched furniture and uncomfortable bed. Roach spotted on bed next morning expedited early check out.

They were training a couple of people and we ended up getting a room key to an occupied room. There were no remotes to the TVs when we got to the room. There was no telephone in the room and everything looked like it needed repair and was very outdated.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. We booked it because of the distance to Love Field airport. They gave us a key to the wrong room but we're very apologetic and upgraded us to a multi-room suite.

The rooms need remodeling. I seen a roach on the bathroom, the shower head didn't spray water good and the fridge appeared dirty

It’s over priced for what it is. 50$ room at best. Immediately slotted a couple of roaches on third floor room. Towels need to be washed more vigorously with detergent.

There's really nothing around it. So if you don't drive, I wouldnt recommend. Unless you get your snacks and things before going. Also it's sketchy at night, on the keyboard holder it says to use the deadbolt and verify ID before letting someone in, so that should tell you. For the facilities, I felt like it was a little over priced.

There is no continental breakfast or free coffee, not a deal breaker but there is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV so you can bring your own food and drinks, which I recommend. They do have snacks, sodas, juices for sale at a very reasonable price. This place is a place to sleep, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. They have weekly rates for those, who can afford it, and need a place to stay longer term.

The door to my room wouldn't close & I told office & they never sent anyone. Also, the lady in the office started yelling at me & their were several people around. She just kept yelling at me & talking over me. It was very embarrassing & unprofessional! Also, their were alot of baby roaches in my room.

I stayed there because i had a good experience in the past. This stay was not pleasant at all.

The furniture was filthy (not what was in the picture). The pictures were very deceiving. The lights had no fixtures, just a bulb blaring light. It was a non smoking room but had cigarette burns on the counters in the bathroom and jacuzzi. The bedding was severely inadequate (glad I brought blankets), no coffee maker, no phone, no blow dryer, and all the door knobs and the jacuzzi were covered in baby oil, which was gross. There was also a very dirty used pair of shorts on the shelf in the bedroom. I was in a hurry and did not take my time to read the reviews and do research. This was definitely not worth the 230 I spent the weekend.

Shady characters mixed in here in there. Wouldn’t want my daughter or wife staying there alone without being in a group for protection. Remove all valuables from your vehicle and you’re golden.

Friendly staff and very helpful, larger than most motel rooms with a private bedroom and full kitchen. It’s a little bit on the older side but nevertheless clean and priced accordingly.

Plug ins not near the desk or tables and no lighting... maybe need to re arrange furniture. tv remote not working living room tv not working no remote for that one anyway. Floor dirty my feet were black after going barefoot in room.

Comfy bed lots of room in the room. Traffic sound not that bad. Fridge nice not tiny. Good location only was a pain because of road construction and exit was closed and signs not clear how to get to inn. Not the inns fault. Not enough Parking spaces.
