We got there around 8 pm, and we had not had dinner. They did not have room service or a restaurant (yet). The front desk suggested door dash and that they would bring up the food when it arrived. So we did. Around 45 minutes later we got the message from door dash that it was there. I tried to call the front desk but you can't call the front desk--you can only call the hotel operator. She told me she would ask the front desk to bring up the food. I called twice over the course of 20 minutes, and she told me both times they would bring it up. After 30 minutes, I went downstairs. The front desk didn't know what I was talking about---then they asked the "welcome" desk, a separate area. They weren't sure, but they checked the storeroom. There was our dinner, in a bag, sitting on the floor in the storage area. One employee mentioned that there was another bag in there that no one had claimed all day---as if this was something to be proud of? Anyway, great hotel, really a valid 4 star hotel, with some growing pains right now. They need that restaurant, they need room service, and they need to communicate with each other.

The hotel overall is wonderful. The room was very comfortable, well furnished, the view was great. The security is top notch. The breakfast and breakfast area were really nice.

I had emailed via message if detergent was provided free of charge and was advised it was. However when in the suite we contacted guest services and was then advised there is a fee.

The suite was absolutely wow. We had a corner suite and eas extremely happy with the size and facilities. Cleanliness was good Facilities great Balcony and view amazing and size of suite was good. Close to Bayside just across the road

Knowing there was breakfast in the hotel. Having a bar open later at night.

We were never told nor was it on any printed document we received that there was a comp breakfast. On our last day some folks overheard us talking about going out to breakfast and told us, the hotel has comp. Fine time to learn!

During our stay room was not cleaned. When we asked after 2days we were told you have to ask for the room to be cleaned-considering is a hotel service it seemed rather counterintuitive that a guest has to ask, for the price paid it should be a given. Cost includes amenities to a gym and a pool- if you don’t want to use these, you would still be charged which again israther inflexible

There was mention of complementary breakfast but it was more of a snack. Definitely not a real breakfast.

The door staff welcomed us "home" every time we left and came back. The aeroma in the air was amazing. They let us upgrade and check in early. The view from the 46th floor was beautiful! The building is so safe and secure. Location is perfect.

Great stay in Miami. It's easy to reach from the airport and get to many other places in the city. Hotel room was spacious. I wish thought there was a better breakfast restaurant and room service, as it was a bit limited.

We did not have the breakfast because my partner has Celiac's but the location was amazing and allowed for us to find this awesome 100% gluten free cafe called Cure Cafe. We had breakfast there. But the property itself was gorgeous! The room setups are amazing, the view we had from the 21st floor, bayside view, was to die for!

elevator system front desk not trained in very well; gave me misinformation several times..

very clean and comfortable.. the elevator situation is horrible if traveling as family with kids and i 2 rooms… 2nd time we stayed here and were unable to get room on same floor!
