We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I was disappointed in this (especially the 4 pm check in time) as it felt as though we lost an opportunity to enjoying property like we would at other hotels with more guest friendly check in/check out times (ie; 3pm in and noon out). Please consider changing at least one, if not both, of those times to allow guests more time.
Charming older hotel with a few remaining original features. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. Cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom was very large and well appointed (water pressure was outstanding). Extremely convenient to Old Town Winchester shops and eateries. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay.
