The WiFi didn't work and, while stuff did their best to fix it, it hasn't been fixed and we couldn't connect TV and laptops. Wasn't a big deal in our situation but I can see how this may be inconvenient for some.

The property has a unique design and vibe. Great location, walkable to everything you may ever need- restaurants, yoga, ocean. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

The Green Room is very quaint. Excellent location for walking to food, drinks, coffee. Room was plenty comfortable. Little kitchen was a nice bonus. Surprise coffee and donuts served by the fire pit in the morning was a nice touch!

Great location, with a welcome beer at the brewery next door and lots of great local restaurants on the corner. Loved the decor and comfort of the super clean room. Great shampoo/conditioner, soaps and lotion. Loved the firepit and donuts in the morning. Easy to walk to ocean.

Such a great property! Loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was welcoming and check in/check out was a breeze. I only have one note for improvement, the toilet was wobbly, I know that isn’t a big thing, but it’s such an easy fix.

I stayed here for my solo birthday getaway and I loved it here! Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Walking distance to a lot of coffee shops and food. Parking was convenient. The place was also really clean! I brought along my dog and everything was very comfortable. Will definitely come back and I’ll bring my husband along!

The property was exactly as advertised! Stylish decor in a comfortable room with a comfortable bed! We even enjoyed our little patio! It was walkable to great a great brewery and several breakfast spots. When in the area we will definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave.

From the moment we drove into the car park of the green room we were so excited. The sky was purple, orange and pink and the sun was setting. We didn’t have to see any staff as checkin is done entirely by yourself - with a code sent to your mobile phone. When we opened our door to our room it took our breath away. Simple, clean, cosy and the texture of everything blew us away. We wanted to stay forever and we wanted to design an entire home like the room we had. Number 9 - my fav number 😍

The Green Room is on a busy street, although the street noise in the room was minimal. No real services to speak of, but room was well supplied with a good coffee machine.

The hotel had a camp ground feel that, but for the location, was more like clamping. The room had a Carmel feel, and was clean and renovated very well. Rating of 9+ was appropriate for the room. With a better location, it would have been a 10.

BBQ/Brewery next door were noisy on Sat night. Table chairs on room were small and did not feel sturdy. We used the chairs from the patio.

Excellent location on everything like Beach, church ,neighboring town . stores and eateries. It is clean and bicycle is available if needed and so as surf board. Staff are very nice as well.
