While there was plenty of hot water in the bath, it was difficult to get warm water in the sinks.

I liked the location, central to restaurants and other services. I liked the friendly welcoming text from the owner and a contact number for emergencies. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the facilities.

honestly the best place to stay if you’re looking to stay at estes park. the price was amazing considering it’s in the middle of the city! you don’t have to worry about parking in the city at all because they have reserved parking for you and they allow you to park in front of the two restaurants in front of them as well! this was my first vacation in a while so my card got charged for fraud but the owner was so understanding and amazing! in addition to the amazing service and location of this motel, the two restaurants in front of them were both amazing as well! we had to try both of them and it just made our vacation so much more better! will definitely book here again when i come back! i’m glad i found this gem

This motel is exceptional. Super clean, cozy and the location allows walking to virtually anything desired. RJ let us know to contact him for ANYTHING needed and he would be there in an instant. My wife and I loved our stay there. I won't bother looking for any other accommodations whenever we return to Estes Park.

Older motel with lots of character. Extremely clean. Owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Convenient to everything. On-site property manager was helpful with suggesting different drives.

My only complaint would be the shower pressure was VERY low.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Estes Park although tucked away behind two restaurants. Despite being by busy restaurants and a busy intersection, the room was VERY quiet. There was no outdoor noise so we were able to full relax and had a wonderful sleep. The location made it super convenient to walk around and enjoy all of the cuteness of Estes Park. Everything you could possibly need was walking distance. The room was VERY spacious with a separate sink/dressing section and bathroom so one person could shower/use restroom while the other person brushed their teeth/did their makeup. There was a rollaway bed in the closet so if we had kids or additional people we would have more than enough space. The room/bathroom was clean and had all of the necessities to make our trip a perfect weekend. Communication with the owner was perfect with clear instructions. Will definately be returning for future trips to Estes Park.

Water pressure was the only thing that wasn’t great, everything else exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here the next time we go to Estes Park.

We enjoyed our stay at the Haber Motel. RJ was an accommodating host and was always available by phone if we needed anything. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the extra space as we were travelling with our one-year old daughter. While the motel is located at the back of a carpark, it was really conveniently located in town and within easy walking distance of the main street which meant not having to try and drive/park in town. Overall we had a great stay.

A deadbolt and chain on the door would have put my mind at ease the first night.

There was no breakfast on location, but the motel shares a parking lot with what appeared to be a popular bfast place. We opted to buy food at the Safeway next door. The motel's mini-fridge was a bit bigger than most and thoroughly adequate!

I absolutely loved our stay! The owner was very friendly and helpful. I received a personalized phone call from him with all of the information I needed to check in. I also received a personalized text message. The rooms were very clean and the motel is only 10 minutes away from RMNP. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a confirmed 2 night booking at Haber motel which was cancelled upon our arrival. Imagine driving 1,300 miles, walking up to a locked empty motel office with only a phone number on the door and texting the owner who replied they have no record of our booking. We had booked through booking.com so we called them and they just sent us an email that said the Haber motel canceled our booking. So we were left exhausted, no place to stay, sitting in their parking lot frantically making calls for hours to get a last minute reservation. Neither booking.com or the Haber motel took responsibility nor did they help us find other accommodations even though it was their fault. Very unprofessional. We had a confirmed reservation! Don’t book at the Haber motel unless you want to take the chance that when you show up they cancel your stay. Not a fun way way to start a vacation.

My husband and I stayed at this cozy Motel for a long weekend. It was perfect! RJ made the check in process super easy! It’s located on the main strip downtown so we were able to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go, which was great during the peak hours of heavy traffic. It was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable! There was a mini fridge and microwave which we used multiple times and even turned on the fireplace a couple time. All in all we LOVED staying here and we will be back!
