I like everything but the breakfast. Could put a bit more effort into it. Some fresh fruit besides green bananas. The water was always empty in the lobby.

Our toilet didn’t flush right, it took multiple tries to get it down.

Water temperature in the bathroom varied wildy. At times it was hot or scalding hot. Waited a couple minutes for water to cool down but it didn't. Other times the temperature worked normally. Need to get that fixed.

Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of choices but it was free. Room was clean and service was fine.

Breakfast basic but probably reflected in proce, although there was a fair amount of choice. Parking very expensive if you have a car.

Room was comfortable with a lovely hot shower & air conditioning. Location to Broadway is walkable although when it's hot the Uber app is essential. Nearby Hattie B's for food & a general store/garage just up the road. Staff friendly.

Member of staff that checked us in was snappy and unwelcoming. Felt we would have had a warmer reception at the county jail. Rest of the staff were fine.

Hotel had a bit of style. So easy for them to all look the same. This one stood out. Had a king size room which did exactly what it said on the tin. Reasonable complimentary breakfast

The hot water in the shower was too hot. We had to run it ten minutes before it would cool down. The air in the room was either too hot or too cold, and would blow on the person sleeping closest to it. I think it needs some maintenance.

The breakfast was very good. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

You can hear street noise & hallway conversation more than expected. For some reason, the room felt humid all the time. Perhaps the air conditioner needs a tuneup? One tiny trash can is often not enough. The room rate is misleading because parking is $42 per night.

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to catch an Uber from this location. I felt safe here.

The rooms were very basic from the pics online and walls were thin. I could hear everything. I thought they would be a tad more modern and updated in nature but they were just basic rooms. But overall ok for the price.

Check-in can make easier (several people waiting at lobby for 3pm check-in when we got there 15 minute to 3pm). Check-out process is fine but deposit can be refunded/released faster (still holding on my credit card).

The hotel locates in music roll, a little further to downtown but walkable (30 minutes). It is also walkable to Vanderbilt univ, Gulch. Facility is well-decorated and quite. Breakfast is simple but can give a start for your day. It has valet parking and is very close to AVIS rental car on Church street.

I cant say we didnt like it really. We asked to stay an extra night and they were able to help us out. Really enjoyed it there to be honest. There was a mix up when we arrived with room keys, twice. But it was more funny then annoying

We didn't have breakfast but that was a personal choice as we like to explore. But from what we seen, great options for brekkie. Location was in walking distance of everything. The room was great too, We did have to ask to have the room cleaned, but that was an us issue as we didnt out up the sign outside the door.

We found it strange that bottled water in the room costs extra. Maybe we didn't understand something.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 12:00, this is an excellent offer compared to other hotels. Breakfast includes cereal, egg, coffee, toast, juice, milk. Walking distance to the main street. Two elevators. Very clean. Nice interior. Easy to find location in the city. Permission to be with your four-legged friends.
