Honestly for me, nothing. We had a nice comfortable bed, nice staff.

The cottage was located close to Old Orchard Beach, however not much is happening there anymore!

The room was what I needed . The beach was close but you had to drive. The location was next to everything but in all fairness hurricane Lee had just went past so overall was a good experience would recommend

It’s a typical beach hotel. Rooms are dated. But we’re clean. Beds were very comfotable Everything at the. Beach shops was soooo expensive. Not sure if it was because so many Canadians were in town souvenirs big $$$

The picture shows the cottages. Those are multiple person rentals. single rooms  do not have the charcoal grills. The single rooms have access to a shared gas grill. It’s a pretty decent grill. Other than that no complaints.

Located next to a seafood stand. If you time it right the lobster can be ordered steamed, and back to the table by time your Steaks are rested… the assist surf and turf! And that place is right next to the swimming pool ! The main drag is two blocks away. You can see the fireworks from the parking lot. Overall good bang for the buck.

The room had a little mustyness smell in the air which caused some respiratory issues with our guests with us. Not having linens replaced and trash pick up daily was a little disappointing but $$$ is the draw here, not ambiance or services.

The location was excellent and the staff as well as the owner were extremely receptive and friendly. No linen service, it was self served but most facilities are like this now. Post Covid-19 negative rebound. For the price it is what it is, an overall OK STAY!!!!

Room needed upgrades. Floor in bathroom was cracked missing pieces. Musty smell from AC Shower too hot/cold. But when I bought this up to the property manager they upgraded my room to a cottage and I was happy

The air conditioner needed a little tlc. Faint smell of must, which was resolved immediately.

The Location and they're pet friendly! Very good front desk service. Check in was a breeze. They even helped fix a problem promptly that came up after check-in. It's a quiet area (stayed off season). Very close to stores, food, gas and best of all, the ocean. Could smell the salty air from the front door. It's approximately 4 min walk to the dog park. There's a playground for children nearby too. The beds were soooo comfortable. Parking for each room is right in front of the door. It's well lit at night. Felt safe walking my dog at 3am. Plenty of everything we needed. Will be back 🤓👍
