Plastic utensils. No kettle in room. The cleaner started the dishwasher for even one cup - not environmentally friendly. The drains in the bathroom (bath and sink) were very slow to drain the water (old clogged plumbing?).

We had a family trip for a week to New York, our adult son was with us. We had the suite with 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower, very good water pressure) and kitchenette and it was sufficient space for all three of us. They were sufficient towels, pillows, blankets. The suite was very clean. Mattress is very good, our son slept on the sofa which is actually becoming a full size bed, he said it was comfortable. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs and one armchair. There are 2 TVs, good WIFI, the windows can be opened 4-5 inches so we had fresh air, we could control the suite temperature as March weather has very variable temperatures. They should add more photos on the site, I am writing all these as I was not so sure if the suite will be comfortable for three adults. We had sufficient space and felt very comfortable. I know that some people are saying that the furniture is bit outdated, but we are not fussy, everything was functioning properly and it was clean and that matters for us. Even the fridge in the kitchen, it is not a big size fridge but is not a small one, it has a good size. Floor cleaning personnel were very discreet and quiet in the morning and the people at the hotel entrance were very helpful.

We could not control the heat and it was uncomfortably warm until we discovered we could open the windows. A very minor detail is that they could use more shelf space in the bathroom- difficult to keep your toiletries organized

The hotel was in an excellent location and we made use of the valet parking which was very reasonably priced. We loved our room which was a small suite - having the kitchenette was so convenient. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We needed some extra linens and they were there in a flash. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful.

We wanted to bring in food and have our large group eat in the lounge for dinner but they wouldn't let us. The elevators are slow and crowded so be prepared to wait.

It's an amazing location right near Times Square and Carnegie Hall with loads of eateries and near subway stops. The rooms are great little suites and they were mostly able to get us together. The front desk helped us with our reservations to a local Italian restaurant which was wonderful.

It was pretty tired, and whilst the beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was good, the door handles were loose, a couple doors needed rehanging and the bathrooms were very 1980s. There was no kettle in the room, just a American brand coffee machine that was pretty average. It couldn't produce hot water without having a capsule in, so was no good if you want a cup of tea, or in our case hot water for baby bottles. We ended up buying a cheap kettle from Target which is a few minutes walk away. That said the prices were somewhat reflected, and these things did not impact our stay.

Great position very close to central park, and plenty of great food options close by. The room was a great size and suited us with two small children. The beds were good with decent mattresses.

the room space was perfect for our family, extra bonus to have 2 bathrooms! the staff was so nice to my kids and the location couldn't be better. Definitely staying here again.

The hotel has a perfect location. The room size was perfect, 2 bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed breakfast, my daughter loved making her own pancakes, the staff really helpful. We didnt mind to wait for an elevator, its not that bad. We enjoyed our stay.
