Like the other reviews here - two elevators for a hotel of over 26 floors is impossible. In the morning and evening you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator. Almost always one elevator does not work. The room is not isolated from noise (it is not clear why in New York ambulances have to activate a siren in the middle of the night...) and the rooms are a bit outdated.

Excellent location - two minutes walk from Times Square, one minute walk from the subway station. Large rooms compared to hotels in New York. There is a small kitchenette in the room (fridge, microwave, sink, dishes).All the staff members are very kind, nice and ready to help.

Only 2 lifts and most times only 1 was working The rooftop is not available for all guests Even the bottles of water inside the bedroom were pricey 8$ each

The lifts were not working properly during our whole stay. One more morning we couldnt get to the 26th floor for our paid breakfast. Every day we has to take the stairs to get to our room. Not good enough for a hotel that large

We were early to arrive and the weather was horrible and it was difficult to find out that there was a lounge area. A typical big hotel.

For two of us sharing this was great as it had two bathrooms as well as a bedroom and sofa bed. The living room was smaller than other apartments but it had everything we needed.

The room was a little tired and the bathroom needed more of a clean (I reported this but it didn't improve). The heating was a bit odd and the room we had was quite dark.

The location was amazing and the lobby is very chic. We enjoyed breakfast every day in the comfortable lounge and the staff were really friendly and helpful around the hotel. We had flight issues on our last day and the reception staff were really kind (namely Lizette). The breakfast set up was really good for feeding up our toddler for the day and we could sort other basic meals in our room with the kitchenette. Having two bathrooms in our suite was great!

The housekeeping service was fantastic - everything was fresh and clean - however they came around quite early for jet lagged Australians. There was no ‘do not disturb’ sign. On one morning, two different housekeepers knocked and came into our room before 9:30am. Also we could hear the housekeepers in the corridors really loudly every morning moving garbage bags and vacuum cleaners and talking to each other, I think this was because our room was right next to the storage room.

The location is wonderful. Close to two different subway stations, Central Park, museums, theatre, everything you need. The towels were super clean and fluffy. Our room was very comfortable. We got popcorn and coffee pods included in the room. It felt very spacious, particularly the generous-sized shower and bed.

Elevators/lifts were always crowded, took too long to get one. Also the decor is old style (but very comfortable), some renovation could be a good idea.

The suite was one of a kind, with a bedroom with its own bathroom and the attached living room with a sofa bed and its own bathroom as well. Excellent for families. It’s very difficult to find that set up in NYC. The cleaning ladies and housekeeping were extremely helpful, as well as bellmen.

My cousins experienced 30 minutes delay to receive their car from the Valet... though we did not face this delay.

Elevator slow but we were on vacation so it wasn't a big deal.

We booked a one-room suite for the family. It was brilliant having a second bathroom for a teenager! Highly recommend the one-bedroom suite option if you need the extra space - excellent value for money. Kudos to the hotel cleaning staff and Anthony our concierge - they worked so hard to make our stay exceptional! We will be back.
