Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Paid extra for a condo. Was a very comfortable facility with great views of the island. Loved the fluffy towels. Ate at the bar and grill a couple times. Friendly staff and good food.

United StatesIn our room coffee pot was on its last leg, the room bathroom did not have a fan-they maybe should've provided some type of room freshener with the bath amenities-which btw were poor quality-couldnt get the shampoo to lather at all, also the lack of a facility jacuzzi-it was fairly chilly during February and that would've been great!

The heated swim up bar!!!-also the manager comped me a very decent amount as they had water issues for 2 days-was actually a city problem I guess-but I couldn't have been happier with the resolution! I do travel-things do come up-its how the staff resolve things for their guests that make all the difference
