We did not use the comforter because it had several stains. it makes you wonder who slept on it. The comforter was stained in more than one area. The stains were very obvious that the cleaning lady should have noticed and report it. I know for a fact that the cleaning lady or the staff that run the place would have complained about it the comforter. It takes pride to maintain a clean facility.

The lobby area was clean. The gentleman who attended me was courteous. He accommodated my daughter's and I by re-assigning us a room downstairs due to my leg injury from back home.

Had a kitchenette-- but NO pans or kitchen tools in the whole place! It had a cooktop, refrigerator (no freezer) a microwave, but NO kitchen hot water hookups or coffee maker in the room. The only hot water was in the in the bathroom. Bring your own kitchen cookware and all utensils! Guests are noisy on weekends. A lot of workers frequent the place.

Very congenial check in person and offered a hair dryer and gave extra bath towels daily. Cleaned and changed sheets daily on our 4 day trip. Newly remodeled! Also, quick help connecting to the fire TV to use our YouTube acct. Nice TV, lots of hot water for the shower. There is a nature park right nearby with alligators, birds, and Long walking trails in the shade!

I came to hotel around 12:15 PM for checking, receptionist requested 20 percent charge as much one day room price as for early checking, standard checking was 13:00PM.

The amenities were too basic. There was no carpeting. Lighting was adequate in the room but there were no bedside lamps. The bathroom had one overhead light and a fan but no lighting above the mirror. The shower was nice but it’s not a place for parents with small children as there’s no bathtub. Breakfast not offered or included with the stay.

Location was perfect as it was close to the conference I attended. The room was clean and well maintained. Small kitchenette with two-burner stove and microwave very useful for light cooking. The employees were very friendly. TV and WiFi available. Bed was comfortable.

Couldn’t lock the door of shower/toilet. Told them about the issue. Didn’t bother us that much, we just stayed for 1 night, but they could at least apologize for the inconvenience or showed some for of emphatic understanding.

Noise issue, One notable drawback of our stay was the noise levels, which allowed us to hear every sound, from our neighbors in the adjacent room to conversations outside our door. The worst was the noise of the cleaning service cart sound every time they passed by. Also the bed had a very loud creaking sound caused by its metal frame.

I had a pleasant stay at this motel, conveniently located near to halal dining options and grocery stores. The cleanliness of both the sheets and the bathroom was noteworthy. However, a couple of improvements that would enhance the experience include providing a hair dryer and a shower caddy to store shower essentials like shampoo and conditioner, as there was no suitable storage solution in the restroom, forcing us to place our items on the floor. No complimentary coffee, tea or drinking water was available in the room but the property had 2 vending machines for water/drinks and snacks.

There was a food truck park, half a block away. The room had a functional kitchenette so we could reheat the leftovers for a late night snack. Close to Constellation Field.

Cable tv did not work properly, and there was another person staying close by and it smelled like marijuana quite a bit while we were there.

no pots or pans for cooking ( i should have asked but didn't).....there was not a soap or wash towel holder available in shower stall

i liked the value. tv was ok (could be improved)....wifi was excellent....recommend to have pots/pans available for use with stove....lobby coffee was excellent.....staff was superb, HVAC was excellent....hot water and shower were excellent.....(but where was soap and shampoo holder or stand in the shower stall??)
