We were there for 30th anniversary concierge emailed prior asking if any special occasion. I told explained it was our anniversary but they did absolutely nothing I would rather they had not wasted my time asking

Only complaint- the bed pillows. They completely flatten out and I would wake up and have to try to fluff them back up. Over and over again.

Valet parking was very busy when we arrived so we self parked in the lot across the street. The employees of that lot are corrupt and were running a scam that required us to pay cash upon entering. We then also had to pay as we left. They are stealing from both their patrons as well as their employer.

There was food stuck to the bottom of the couch bed when we popped it out. My 11 month old grabbed a piece and ate it. The check in process took 45 minutes. The air conditioner in the bedroom portion of the luxury king suite did not work. The living room was 68 degrees all night, but the bedroom wouldn't cool below 74 degrees.

The place was beautiful. The decorations were awesome, and the staff was excellent.

Loved the mini bar. Loved the Holiday decorations in the lobby. The staff at every level exceeded expectations in every way. We’ve stayed at The Roosevelt many times, and this brief one-day stay was our all time favorite.

The hotel was decorated beautifully, the room was comfortable with quality sheets and products and mini bar stocked with top shelf drinks. Nespresso machine was lovely. :)

I don't feel there was anything I didn't like.

This hotel was amazing! Staff gave my kids snacks and teddy bears with roosevelt vests on wich made a huge impression! Food from the hotel resteraunt was the best I've ever had.

We tend to leave late in the am. The maid service would say they would come back later, but didn't. We had to requested the room be cleaned most days.

Top flight service from the time we registered to the time we left. Personnel are very high quality, service oriented people.

The only thing that i really didn't like was the long walk from room to elevator and ice machine. Not much you can do about that.

The help from the staff arranging transportation from airport to hotel was seamless. Also arranged transportation for Halloween trip that was seamless also. We only come to NOLA for the week of Halloween but i always buy some Szarach for home and wife always gets a trinket or so from the in store shop.

We waited 20 minutes to order at the bar by the pool. We left without getting a drink as it was very hot outside.

The staff was outstanding very friendly and helpful. Loved the Sazerac Bar and the Fountain Lounge had a pianist we enjoyed. Our room was clean and comfortable.
