So nice to have an included breakfast, with hot and cold choices. Also, accommodated my gluten free diet. Greek coffee and home made yogurt were exceptional! They even packed a breakfast to go on our last day.

Bed was just a tad too firm for me but I wouldn’t rate this hotel based on that especially since the bed was extremely clean which is what I look for more than anything. And you’re not going to get the “best” sea view here but it’s better than nothing! You get what you pay for

We were immediately greeted by the owner who was so kind and engaged in conversation! The room was very clean, you can definitely smell the cleaning chemicals but that easily wears off after an hour or so. Loved the white and blue Greek them + natural light. Loved how close it was to the cliff walk, beach and 7 minute drive to town. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good!! Also liked that there was a little blow dry which is always a plus. Parking right out front! For the price we paid, I think we got a great deal!

The room could be somehow smaller than expected and not with a total sound-proofing insulation, but it’s a family hotel and guests here are polite and respectful.

The owners/property managers are so nice. They really tried their very best to make you home. Excellent food no matter you looking for brunch, afternoon tea, or already-included breakfast.

It was on a busy street but it was near everything! I loved everything I really did!

This is basically a hotel in a house! The room is the size of a bedroom with a bath. Everything is newly renovated and you can smell the bleach to know how clean it is. It was a little overwhelming but knowing it was clean was a plus! The staff was friendly and the food was exceptional. The bacon came out a little overdone and they put it back on to make it perfect! It's a nice quaint relaxing safe place to stay at! Def met expectation!! Would stay again!

We loved everything about our stay! The Amarant family makes you (us) feel like family!! They are so amazing! I stayed with my kids and we felt like we were at a family beach house. I recommend this to everyone!

Room size is a bit small.

All around excellent experience. The owners of the hotel are extremely friendly and take excellent care of it. The lobby, hallways, rooms, and restaurant are all spotless. Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the beaches and there’s plenty of restaurants/bars along the way to keep you entertained. The free breakfast was also delicious.

We usually stay at larger hotels but our experience at The Sea Breeze Inn has made us wonder why. The proprietors always went out of their way to make us comfortable and were so welcoming and friendly. Everything about our stay here was lovely!

We could very clearly hear footsteps and water flushing from the rooms above us. Also, the automatic bathroom lights were hard to navigate/turn off when we wanted them off at night.

The complimentary breakfast was great! We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly as well. The bed was comfy and I like that our room had a little balcony attached!

Nothing really but just the fact that I think that Newport in general is expensive for accommodations. I thought the value for money was a bit much but we couldn't find anything nicer for that price so I guess it is okay.

The overall experience was very good and the Inn itself is nicely done (decorated) and comfortable. The only thing missing from our room was a full length mirror but other than that, it was a very good experience. The food in the cafe was excellent, even people not staying at the Sea Breeze Inn came to eat breakfast there. The owners are very kind and helpful.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Exceptionally clean, owners are very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the location is great! Close to beaches and great restaurants and shops. We'll definitely be back!

It would have been nice to have a small table in the suite to have drinks and snacks, or to read a newspaper.

It was nice to have a hot breakfast included. A great way to start the day and take off running. The Inn is in a good location, an easy walk to several other restaurants, to the First Beach and the start of the cliff walk.
