Nothing to add in fairness ! The ice machine was also working perfectly :-) Maybe the patio was a bit dusty but this is the desert here and sometime the wind is blowing strongly !!

Wonderful stay at the twist ! Not too close to downtown and not too far. The swimming was heated as well of course as the jacuzzi. Need a towel to go to the pool, well just ask reception. About the studio not much too stay, the bed was comfy, the AC was working and was really quiet. There was everything needed in the kitchen. Yes a really good spot to stay in Palm Spring

Everything about The Twist is perfect. Big comfortable, fully serviced suites. Great pool area looking out at the mountains. Unbeatable location - above Ernest for breakfast and Taylor for a nightcap. And the staff, super friendly and attentive. This was a second stay for us and it is always great to come back to a place and find standards and vibes as good as you remember. Will be back here again when next in Palm Springs.

Cute decor. Nice pool that wasn't too busy. Free use of bikes. Walking distance to downtown. Andy at reception was super nice. Coffee shop and 2 bars tight there. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again!

Nothing was not what we had expected. Maybe a little bit of guidance on hot water and shower.

The front office team were amazing. They accommodated us above and beyond expectations. They really made the trip and we would certainly recommend the Twist for them alone.

Bit confusing where to check in.

24 hour pool and hot tub. Art in the room was trendy. Kitchen full contained. Balcony was great and roomy. Bed was way more comfortable than we expected. Putting green we actually used over a drink.

There was only one elevator that happened to be the farthest from our room, so we had to walk a bit more, but it wasn't a big issue.

The room was very spacious with a master bedroom and a living room with a small kitchen. There was a lovely balcony with a great view of the mountains, and since it was just besides the tv, we were able to have a drink while kids watched a movie.

Honestly The Twist was outstanding, and my husband & I travel all over so we have point of reference.

The smallest bathroom with no hooks or shelves. Could use softer sheets. Hot water was backwards in the shower. We struggled with the TV..

The location was good for us. Could walk to restaurants. Loved the hot tub at night. Super cute MCM decor. The staff was SO attentive and friendly!!

Some furnishings could have been more comfortable (mattress, chair); certain room amenities could be better maintained (raising & lowering shades could have been easier). Bathroom was a little small, although shower stall was big. (And the unit was huge.) However, my shower door leaked at the bottom, getting my bathroom floor soaking wet.

Location is ideal! Lots of great shops, eateries and bars within 1 block. Plenty of free parking! Great, helpful, accommodating staff, loved the text option to contact them. Fun, funky, retro vibe, huge studio with huge patio and firepit area. 24-hour heated pool and hot tub. No glassware allowed at pool, but you can buy your own alcohol and put it in the orange Solo cups provided in your room. Big and fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook your own meals. It’s technically a 3-star, “limited service” hotel, but you sure get a lot of bang for your buck!

Manger and all staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub, love the changing colored lights in the tub (and also the two inflated swans in the pool!). Quiet, respectful, and friendly fellow guests. Working barbecue (we didn't use but chatted with other guests who grilled steaks one night and burgers another night). Clean facilities throughout.

The bed was super comfy but we prefer softer pillows.

This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of the Movie Colony. The hotel has a fun retro Palm Springs vibe. Our room was tastefully updated with colorful retro furnishings. We stayed in a second floor studio #206 with a beautiful view of the mountain and spacious balcony. The pool was very clean and the lounge chairs were comfortable. I highly recommend a stay.
