The guest bathroom on the 2nd floor wasn’t cleaned when I walked in initially. The 2nd floor was recovering from a flood leak and was dusty. The ice machine on the 13th floor was broken.

I don't like the staff that takes forever to do the check inn, I didn't like the one person on the Drop Off - Pick up area I had my car with a handicap placard and she literary made me move my card I was waiting for someone that was also on the Hotel she was a lady with black hair, i didn't have more than 1 minute on the pick up area and then she forced me to move like an stranger, I paid my hotel like any other person, but I don't want to think that because I look spanic she think I was on the "need to move" please be courteous with the people that need this service I was not to abuse of the space I was just was waiting for my co-workers

Bathroom - needed attention - dusty ledge near taps showed it had not been cleaned, there were dry watermarks around taps, toilet needed a brush clean for stains at the bottom. Both creamer & half milk supplies left floaties in my coffee. Fresh supplies were required. No views to rave about from floor 22.

Central location, comfy bed & sheets, shower with non slip bath mat provided. $10 vouchers X 4 for use over stay. Loved shower heads & toiletries provided. Was on floor 22 expected great views. Welcoming staff, attentive. Only stayed due to cheap package deal at the last minute.

Feels little dated and has a corporate feel. Room was not made up when I checked in and had to get another room but staff very helpful. My room was virtually next door to next and I could hear EVERYTHING. Do not stay in rooms ending in 02 if you want quiet.

The price was too high considering breakfast was not included. The hotel parking was so expensive. There was not any microwave in the room to warm up the left over dinner. It looked like the bed was not freshly done because the pillow cases were untidy and wrinkled.

I liked the view of the room. The hotel was located in downtown which was close to everything. I really liked that.

The shower had glass shower guard over half of the tub, but that meant you had to be in the shower to turn it on and got cold water down your back/body before it turned warm. There is no fan in the bathroom so mirror fogged from shower

A quibble: I was shocked at the prices of the cafe inside the hotel, but staff there is so nice and friendly, it took the sting out a bit.

Perfect location right by the train station. Room was huge and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Nicely equipped fitness center.

The location is great specially if your traveling without driving. The room is very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Made airport shuttle arrangements for our early flight. Got to the lobby and was told they couldn’t guarantee it. Ended up getting an Uber.

Front desk staff was a bit cold to us at check in and check out (valet staff was awesome). Breakfast not included and the restaurant is super expensive for the buffet. They did give us a $10 coupon for the coffee shop but it was still ridiculously priced. No hot water in the shower, would only get lukewarm at best! That was disappointing.

The room and view was beautiful. Very clean. They gave us an upgraded room at no extra charge. The bed was so comfortable and the robe was so soft. Rooftop pool and hot tub at night is stellar. Valet service rocked.
