There were only plugs on one side of the king size bed. The one side did have 3 open plugs and two usb, but it would have been better if they were on both sides. It would have been nice to have an iron in the room.

The modern retro motel with a great vibe. Our room was updated nicely, bed was very comfortable, sheets were soft and great pillows. We asked for an easy access first floor room and it was all that.

The floors of the room were very dirty (wiped up water from getting out of the shower and the towel was black. The air conditioner is very loud turning off and on which did keep us up at night.

Location, Style of rooms and property, great food and drinks. Loved the pool as well.

I arrived at night and the girl that checked me in did not write the room number on my card holder envelope so I drove around the property in the dark looking for a room that was actually the WiFi code, when I couldn’t find that number I looked closer and realized that she hadn’t written the room number on the card so I went back and asked her for it she was dismissive and rude. When I finally found my room It felt kind of weird, there was a guy walking around seemed like he was drunk and tried to engage with me as I was pulling up to the door so I waited til he walked away to open the door to take out my luggage. Finally in the room I locked myself in and felt better because it was a decent environment.

The Design was amazing, I liked that it was an enclosed compound. I liked that I could park in front of my room to unload my luggage.

The rooms are not being cleaned thoroughly. Hair and dirt found in the bathroom. I spilt some water on the floor near the bed and when I wiped it up, the papertowel was BLACK. Filthy floors, which clearly do not get mopped with water and cleaner. They need to steam mop the vinyl floors between each guest and do a deep clean. Also, the attendant checking us in was decked out in a mask and laytex gloves, it was very alarming - “Should I be worried about something?” You’re in the hospitality business, if you’re afraid of people, then find a remote job. Not a welcoming or inviting sight to see. The fellow was also very informal, saying “hey man” - this is an insulting way to speak to a guest. The Staff need a refresh on customer service and hospitality.

booked two rooms through booking.com but the hotel treated it as two separate invoices/reservations which was annoying during check in.

A little expensive given amenities and location. The gated parking did boost confidence in staying there.

I was not particularly happy there was no elevator. It’s a pretty decent flight of stairs and if you have any issues at all pain wise it’s pretty difficult to get a suitcase up. No one asked if you need assistance. No one even asked to show you which building it is and there are multiples and they did not appear to be numbered on the building outside. Also right next to the highway which I guess is my fault for not paying attention to the location. Water pressure in the shower could’ve been better.

I loved the property was gated. Pool area was very nice. Rooms were designed beautifully. Property in general was gorgeous.

Water pressure in showers was non-existent. Both rooms were rented had a trickle for water in the shower. Not exaggerating at all. Hiccups in the kitchen we waited for our food for an indecent amount of time but staff was apologetic and kind of.

The poolside bar, the cool ambiance of the entire place, the bed was to die for. Just very impressed.

Small rooms, no closet. The bed was very high. Thin door- can hear the people passing on the hallway. The receptionist could have been more patient.

The rooms are nicely designed. High quality toiletries that come in eco friendly - large containers. Plenty of parking spots. Decent Internet connection.

One side of the building is very close to the highway and on the other there is the hotel parking, i was on the parking side and at night I could hear all the cars coming in.

Nice renewed structure, rooms are comfortable and clean. They have live music in the evening, and my room had view on the hill! Staff is nice, but must give special credit to the guy that works at the bar/restaurant during the week, he was extra helpful and professional.

I loved everything about this place. I especially loved the retro style and all of the upgrades. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing.

Our room was on the back of the property and between the hotel guests talking and to road noise it wasn’t the quietest of rooms. A better door seal might be needed.

The lobby bar and pool were the properties highlights. The room were clean and updated.

Room 1104 needs a bit of attention. Toilet paper holder is coming off the wall and someone has broken the security lock off the door. The room we stayed in a week earlier was perfect.

We loved this property so much, we booked it again for our return trip. Great staff, rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Great property and value.

Location wasn’t excellent, next to the freeway but we didn’t notice any noise inside the room at all.

Everything was so clean and new and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and we were so impressed, we booked it a week later for our return trip. Wonderful little hotel!
