Having never stayed at a homestay property sharing common spaces with the owner, we were pleasantly surprised. Mark and his dog Annie were great. Mark was a wonderful and considerate host, providing us with helpful information about the area but also giving us privacy as well.

A really nice place with friendly host, named Mark. Its almost located at the front row with view to the sea and the boathouse. Nice and clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Pool with sunbeds and a table with 6 comfi chairs. Outstanding view with palms for your sundowner. Mark has a little cute dog named Eni. We loved here.

The location was exceptional. Mark, our host, was welcoming, ensure we had all the information required for our stay in a timely manner and ensured our stay was comfortable and we had whatever we needed available.

Friendly host, very accommodating and helpful. Wonderful location close to the water, end of the road so hardly any traffic. No breakfast but suitable restaurant at 15 minutes walk.

There wasn’t anything in particular I didn’t like about Mark’s house. He’s got everything on hand you could possibly need!

I’ll be honest, I booked my stay without realizing it came with its own host who stayed in the house with us until we arrived. Mark came straight to me and let me know what was goin on and at first, I was hesitant to stay but after talkin to Mark and lookin round his house, I became comfortable with him and decided to make the best of it. I’m so very glad I did. Mark was an exceptional host and made sure I had everything needed throughout our stay. He def should advertise his sweet fur baby, Annie on here as well cause she is the best surprise. Book a house that comes with its own Annie. You can’t beat goin to the beach all day and comin home for cuddles & zoomies with her!! 11/10 Stay with Mark!!

Mark was a fantastic host. Annie is little dog was a great hostess too. He told us of things to do and see and great places to eat. Our room and bathroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

On the water, beautiful & comfortable home. Mark a great host & very welcoming with a cold beer & tasty treats & coffee. Lovely private bed & bathroom area. Shared kitchen & living room, pool & hot tub. A dog friendly place to stay. Walked to the Cape Coral boat house Tiki grill restaurant & it was excellent too!

I have just spent the last week on the road in 4 different hotels & this was by far the cleanest place my dog & I stayed. Bed was very comfortable, host was very pleasant & coffee was fantastic in the morning. It was a blessing to have a comfortable place to stay with my dog Peace & she got along great with Anny. TY again!

The location is in a private residence near the water in a very upscale area of Cape Coral. The owner, Mark, was very prompt, helpful and detailed in providing answers to my questions prior to arrival. He even messaged me the morning after my arrival saying that he had just made a fresh pot of coffee and inviting me to help myself if I wanted some.
