The bath needs some renovation. No beach towels, no beach chairs. Had to buy cheap beach chairs, which we left for next visitors.

Just a misfortunate event / circumstances. On our first night, a maintenance person entered our condo without any prior notice from anyone. We had not reported any issues; so this was reported prior to our stay. As such, we left all our personal items out - as this was our home for the week - to return from the beach / pool to someone being in our condo. This made us feel uncomfortable and a bit violated (our personal space and sense of safety / security). It just left us uneasy the rest of our trip. It was also unfair to the employee that was there only to do his job. We were not happy about his presence, but let him know that it was not personal and not toward him. There are others that might have not taken that position or even worse. That put that employee in a potentially hostile and / or dangerous position. Not giving us a call and / or text to notify us prior was simply unacceptable. I am hopeful that this helps for a lesson for better practices in the future.

Overall, really good location and amenities. We had a great week. We would / will stay again.

mold in facets. (I scrubbed), closet and utility doors broke. towels were awful and possibly needed fabric softener. I could only use two burners on the stove, the others didn’t work. needed more than one pot to cook with. only one lid that fit pot and skillet. no pizza pan. need more clothes hangers or dressers for clothes. mold on curtains that lead to the patio. bathroom sink kept backing up. and the place looked clean at a glance, but sticky tags off something found under chair cushion. I had to flip bunk bed mattress to look for a toy and found underneath filth. no hot water in kitchen . tile under table are cracked and loose. no plug for bath tub to bath 4 year old. dusty bathroom. mold on lounge chair pad on patio. our 4 year old has skin issues and allergies. I don’t have allergies and we both struggled to stay here. not sure how clean air filter was.

liked the location and boardwalk to the beach. bunk beds were great for our 4 year old. beds were comfortable. loved having indoor and outdoor pool. liked having a TV in the bedroom. liked having a washer and dryer. nicely decorated.

The couch was broke down. I know this sounds picky, but that's literally the only bad thing about the entire trip.

The condo was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the decor. Completely stocked with anything we could have needed for the week.

The only down side of the stay was all the noises outside of the condo. For example every morning at 6am the garbage truck was there to pick up the dumpster. It was very loud, especially being in an end condo. The door to the stairs was very loud when people let it slam shut. On Saturday morning, the garbage truck was there at 5:30am. This was the only complaint of our stay.

We had a great, relaxing trip! It was easy to check in and check out. The condo had everything we needed (besides food), plus some extra items like beach chairs, umbrella, floaties, and toys. The condo was awesome, decorated pretty, clean and comfortable.

we were not informed before hand that the property manger and several men would be allowed to enter our room unannounced and unattended. My nephew watch them enter the room and scared ran for help. I enter the room and was informed they had the right to do routine inspection. I ask if they had a reason and I was informed they did not have to have one. I was informed that the property owners should had told me. it would have been nice to be informed before hand. we went three whole days with a clogged sink, I put in two request to have it fix before I was able to get it cleared myself. no came and I was informed that they had no idea when someone could!

Ice maker did not work Twin beds turned out to be bunk beds, located in hall. Only one bedroom and one bathroom but I thought the twin beds were in a bedroom. Deck furniture had high table with high chairs. Could not sit there. Lounger on balcony was really soiled. Regular chairs would have been nice.

Left burners on stove didn’t work and when it rains the water running down the pipe one the hall was very load like a washing machine noise.

The condo was very bare, which is ok, but just a few little things would make it much more comfortable. It would have been much better if there had been cleaning supplies (for kitchen counters), hand soap, trash bags, and filters for that certain coffee maker. We like to clean up after ourselves, but it was a little more difficult by not having anything to clean with. It was disappointing to our kids that the pool was closed during our stay.

We loved the location and the view from our condo! It was perfect for our family’s trip!

Washing machine stopped working on day 3 of 5. Very inconvenient because we planned around having it available. Hot Tub/Jacuzzi did not look clean at all. Elevators were a roll of the dice….1 of the two was out of service about 75% of our stay. The other struggled to keep up and even went dead, forcing us to use the stairs on a couple of occasions (we were on the 6th floor, so not a good experience).

Gate codes wouldn’t work Staff was rude as all get out very hateful one woman security guard hatefulness No privacy bed squeaked like it’s 100 years old Elevators worked maybe a quarter of time. And then the stairs wasn’t marked dunno how the fire marshal lets em by with that but I won’t have to worry about it again because I won’t be back. I’ll stay next door.
