Just a few cobwebs on the walls (but everything else super clean). Price could be improved just a little.

Best location near everything, river walk, love the loft, great facilities. Love that it's pet friendly and no smoking on premises.

The breakfast they offer wasn’t too great. All it had was cereal or donuts and we were hiking that day so we wanted to start off with a good meal and it didn’t happen there.

The room was spacious with multiple sleeping areas. The bathroom was nice. The location was great.

The people in the room above us was very loud, it was after 12 before the noise got to the point we could sleep. The person on duty was told about the noise but nothing was done.

We had a leak in our upstairs sink. I let the front desk know on our first night there. We stayed for 5 days and noone ever came to fix it.

I like how bug the room was and the nice master bathroom

For some reason this time they wouldn't take my emotional pet letter from a doctor. They took the paper last time. The lady at the desk was very rude. Plus the floors in my room needed to be replaced because they were there were several pieces that were raised up. I really like this place and never had a problem before. I hope they can fix the problems so that next year I can stay there again.

The location is great. I have stayed several time here. I have always loved it.

They have a good thing going last thing that needs to be updated is doors (paint) and bathroom cabinets (restain). Front office minimal basic but who goes stays in there no one, so it’s fine to check on check out.

For what it was a last minute hotel booking for my family of four, we stayed in the family suite which was worth it bc 2 full beds upstairs full bath and king first floor w full bath/large shower, lots of renovations to bathrooms, counters, floors, Kuerig worked, it was great we were only staying one night after Dollywood, I thought super inexpensive for this room. If I were staying longer like a week I would look for something bigger, nicer, all amenities, but for a lower budget this is great. The location is perfect right next to The Island. If you are in shape you could walk there. Publix right across the street, Walgreens close too. The girls 7/10yrs loved it.

Our unit was clean, the unit was very good size, the bad was the bathroom door was apparently torn up by a previous pet and in terrible shape, we found the unit to be a bit dated and bed not so comfortable, the location was wonderful.

We thought the outside of the building was nice, rustic, and clean.

One plug sparked when we plugged in a charger, told the front staff when we left and she made a note to have the maintenance man check.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff friendly. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. We were only here for one night, it could use some updates but the price we paid was good for what we received.
