Noise from the street, not much can be done about that.

Most motels are boring and look pretty much alike. The Oyo is an older property with lots of character. It was clean and comfortable, I liked it a lot and would stay there again. It is also well within walking distance of downtown, and the Indian River. I was able to watch SpaceX send a crew to the ISS!

Great little retrofitted motel in the heart of Titusville. Big rooms with kitchenette, great shower. Very clean. Super nice staff. Fantastic location -- easy walking distance to restaurants and bars and the community theater. Excellent value -- it's not swanky if that's what you're looking for. Great basic room for the money, and you can do your own basic meals if you choose. Walking distance to premium rocket launch viewing.

Noisy bed

Nice clean room with good facilities. Staff were really nice. We extended our stay a couple of times without a problem. A really good location for getting to the spots to see the rockets take off. Good bars and cafes close by.

People smoking dope on ground floor, not the motels fault. Bed was like a camp bed base which was really noisy when rolled over

The location was good in terms of where we wanted to be, but the neighborhood did not seem like a place I wanted to walk around at night, so we didn't. We did feel fine while in the motel!

The couch in our room was very used. It actually brought down my score. The ac unit was very loud and ran a lot. My wife made me shut it off so she could get some sleep.

Rooms facing the street are very noisy. No blanket to sleep under, just bed linen. Front desk closed during the night.

Very basic motel, for the price it's acceptable, Good when you want to visit Titusville / Space Center, 45 minutes drive to Daytona. Rooms are ok after some renovation.

It was very convenient to Merritt Island National Wildlife Preserve as we were there for birding.

The bed was a little stiff, but nothing that was particularly uncomfortable. Just not as soft as I like.

This was an unexpected surprise. We stayed here, booking fairly last minute, for a rocket launch in the evening and an early morning visit the next day to Blackpoint Wildlife Drive on Merritt Island, and the location was excellent for both. It wasn't fancy but the rooms had been nicely renovated and they had a cool funky feel to them. The manager was very polite and helpful. It was great value - we usually stay in more expensive places, but will definitely stay here again next time we visit Blackpoint or come for an evening launch. Also we had a really excellent breakfast at the diner which is on the corner of the property.

Great location. Easy to walk or drive to things. Its a basic budget motel with a very nice staff. We would stay there again.

The floors were dirty and the bedding stained. Confusing name outside. Booked under Sunrise Inn but front office in Budget Motel Office It was ok.

The property was great. But OYO calling me 10 times a day on my honeymoon asking me to leave a review was not. That was excessive. Even after I agreed to leave a review, they called me again 20 minutes later about leaving a review.

The property was nice. But OYO needs to stop calling me constantly about leaving a review. I’m literally on my honeymoon. I’ve decided to block their phone number.
