The room was clean and the front desk attendants were exceptionally helpful. We had a barbecue on New Year’s Eve and they made sure that everything was available for us. The rooms were very clean as well

Bookings.com should note a $ near the P on its page since parking costs $15 per vehicle per day! We had an extended stay with a larger party, so that was an unaccounted for cost that would've probably been avoided by booking elsewhere.

I honestly can't think of anything for you to change. All of the employees we encounterec were very kind and attentive.

The breakfast was awesome. There was a great variety and my daughter really loved the waffle station. I appreciated the healthy choice and wide variety.

Surprised by $15 per night parking fee for a hotel located in a business park, with plenty of space.

Location was great. Breakfast was fine, but would have appreciated more cereal choices, such as granola and raisin bran.

I asked for my room to be cleaned everyday. For the first two days it was not cleaned. I had to ask for someone to come clean it. Now when I say clean I don’t mean like a deep clean as I can clean up after myself but at least come stock up in toilet paper, clean towels, etc. I had to ask for those myself . After complaining about this the room was cleaned the next day .

Bathroom was big but shower was built with half doors so water gets all over the floor.

Room was big. Beds comfortable. Kitchen functional and well stocked. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Super nice staff! You need it - you’ve got it!

needed a rope hook by the shower and a shower mat. had to sacrifice one of the towels for the floor. Breakfast eggs weren’t eggs like the picture shows, it’s the powdered eggs… that I was a little disappointed with. parking spaces are NARROW!

No restaurants within easy walking distance. Fifteen dollar parking fee.

Breakfast was very good; vegetarian sausage was a nice touch. Rooms are well-insulated against noise. Windows open to allow for fresh air. Property is close to freeway, but not too close. Staff is very nice. Overall, a great facility.

Manager was not that friendly. The nighttime lights was to bright in lobby and music too loud at night. No alcohol or food available on location. They had no water in the room.

Nothing .... except the building under construction next to the hotel which make it noisy if the room on that side. Note: You need a car nothing within walking distance (but it wasn't an issue as I have a car).

Out only complaint was that the carpet was dirty (made our socks turn black) and the bathroom faucet water smelled like sulphur. We have stayed at this location many times and, for the most part, it is an excellent property.

Breakfast, location, pleasant staff. Also, I requested a room away from Tech Way and the staff was very accommodating and the room was very quiet.

we booked a pet friendly room. at check in they added an absurd amount for our pet daily plus an extra non refundable $150 clean fee. And there was no trace of a pet being in the room. I have several vacation homes I rent and understand the nightly fee but this was a bit absurd. the toilet water would not stop running and they were unable to repair. The blinds were difficult to open. they promptly sent a repairman.

there is zero water pressure in the shower, such a fancy setup but you have to stand there forever just to get wet. as a woman it’s difficult to get the products out of your hair with just a trickle of water

Very modern, clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and polite. The hotel provides high quality of shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the room with very nice smell. I thought the house keeping will not clean our room due to covid but they did when we were outside which was perfect to us. The breakfast is standard. Loved the egg sandwich.
