Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special but not the worst either. Wished for staff to be able to provide directions to airport.

I liked the accessibility to the highway. The room and bed were comfortable. It suited our needs. 24-hour coffee service was nice.

The food from the kitchen was a bit on the salty side. The bathroom towels were a bit rough. We had a hard time making local outgoing calls. The pool area was lacking clean dry towels during the night shift.

My stay was great! Clean rooms, we had a kitchenette that came fully stocked with clean dishes and cookware. The bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit on the soft side for me. The pool was open, and clean, and didn't have an overwhelming smell of chemicals. Breakfast was okay, good selection but the food from the kitchen was a bit salty for my taste.

We had requested a room in a quieter part of the hotel and received a message from the manager confirming this. However, when we arrived, the check-in staff was not aware of this and did not honor our request.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the breakfast was decent, the room was well equipped and clean, and the location was convenient. Our kids loved the pool too!

We got there Fri afternoon and pool was down ,no fault of hotel and pool guy was there working on it ,however a little disapointting because kids were looking foward to swimming ,up and running sat at 3 .then sat night room above us was so loud and noisy kept waking my baby up ..we lost alot of sleep ..caused sever anxiety in my daughter to the point we thought we would have to leave .. but got her calmed down ..

We love having the kitchenett. We come on kids winter break every year they love the pool , we like the free breakfast

The products sold section needs to be better maintained. There were some expired items that may be accidentally sold to others that could cause harm.

Pool is cold. As per manager it was 84deg. We just came from another hotel with heated pool. Maybe the environment around pool is 84 deg but not the water. Bathroom drainage is dirty in our room. They could have use a mold/mildew spray and let it do it’s work to clean it. Shower area is open with half glass partition - design flaw. Exhaust in bathroom not working. I tried using the dishwasher and it didn’t work either. Pillows are flat..need to change it. Lastly the staff are not welcoming. Seems they’re not happy to be working there. Except for those ladies working in dining/serving breakfast..she’s really nice!

The location is good! Close to major highways and commercial areas. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good.

There weren’t enough towels left in our room for our stay. We had to go to the desk. The tv was on a side wall.

The only complaint I could have was not enough towels at the pool or in the room and they were working on getting caught up on laundry. Other than that best hotel ever I have stayed in.

The staff was amazing great hospitality. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a big hit came for my daughters birthday party and she is already planning to come again next year.
