Tile floors were not cleaned before I arrived because I noticed my socks got very dirty walking on them. I called up to the front desk to request the floors to be washed/clean, but it didn't appear the request was granted. Will NOT book through bookings.com again, because they will NOT allow you to change how many days you want to stay after you book the hotel. I called Baymont by Wyndham, and I was told, they cannot go in and change anything since my reservation was booked through bookings.com

Breakfast and coffee every morning was great to get the day started off right. Staff seemed friendly.

The bathroom was all together with the sink and closet space and the barn door had no lock and the edges was open and felt uncomfortable when you was in the bathroom with other people nearby. The bathroom part that has the shower and toilet should have a door or something to allow more privacy and more access to that space while more than one person needs to get ready.

The shower was tiny.

The motel itself, the staff and the bed which was particularly comfortable. Also the breakfast, despite it was limited, it was really good.

We took our two dogs and got a second floor room with only stair access, no elevator. This was difficult to manage since the dogs had never been on stairs before and we are seniors. would have preferred a fist floor room.

The was little water pressure so the water was at a trickle to have shower and the water wasn’t hot.

Towels seemed to be old and thin. They could be replaced in the future. The hallway in front of the rooms was pretty dirty.

Breakfast was more and better than expected! Yes, you could hear the interstate but that was expected when booking a hotel right next to it. The Baymont took over the RedRoof seven months ago and did some renovations. Toilet and shower seemed new and were fine. Everything was pretty clean inside the room. All people working there were friendly and helpful. Parking was super easy!

There was a customer at the front desk ahead of us in line when we arrived. There was only one clerk(employee). She could not find any reservation for the gentleman. They worked and worked to try to find it for more than 10 minutes while we stood and waited. We had a confirmed reservation with a printout and she could easily have asked the gentleman to wait a moment while she chcked us in. Instead she kept us standing and waiting. I think it was a bad situation that could have been handled better!

The room was clean. It had a freezer in the refrigerator which we really needed.

The bed I slept in was so hard I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was left to be desired. The cold cereal was the best option. There was also no soap by the bathroom sink you had to get the body wash hooked to the wall in the shower to wash your hands.

The value was there. The WiFi was great, set up was nice.

I was very disappointed that there was not a hairdryer in the room. Also, the heater was very noisy!

The room is small...can't change that. Would have been nice to have more furniture like a desk and chair. Chair that was in the room was pretty shabby.

No Kleenex, no shampoo, no conditioner, floor filthy, 3 guests booked but only 2 towels, facecloths, hand towels, in room coffee only for 2.

The TV was little & placed in a poor position for watching from the bed. The bathtub stopper would not hold for the water... Lots of street noise with sirens, plus a car alarm went off two separate times at length.

Light /plug next to bed not working. It was not a bulb issue; we tried changing a working light bulb… must be wiring issue. Made room dark.

Good breakfast; eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, juice. Staff kept well stocked. Front desk lady super helpful and kind. Wish I had noticed her name…
