The room was a bit outdated. It looked 'lived-in". The air/heat vents in the room had not been cleaned very well, dusty.

Very comfortable room, nice quiet, large fridge to fit all my water and some food. I loved all of the available electrical outlets in the room, for phone charging and lap-top charging as well as my c-pap machine. The heat/air conditioning were working great! Very spacious room. Very accommodating at the establishment when I needed to extend my stay an additional day. Nice to park near your room.

Since the space had a kitchen and a coffee maker, it would be good if the kitchen cabinets were equipped with mugs or cups. (There were only glasses, and just two spoons. It might be a nice touch to leave a packet of coffee filters for guests.

More informative as to the how,what, when and where as to the process for services. I noticed there was a listing on the refrigerator regarding these things but it was from the previous ownership maybe do the same for the new owners.

The style and design of the accommodations was ideal for me and the price was very reasonable.

Had to move twice. Once due to noise, and cigarette smoke odors. The second time because there was a leak, and the carpet was wet. The third room, the ice maker didn’t work, the coffee maker lid was broken, and we never had housekeeping service, even after asking for it at the front desk.

They said they have a swimming pool and a tennis court, they don't, the tennis court is out of use and the pool is a green rain water swamp. The gym is open on weired hours so I couldn't even go there. The room and the area around it was dirty, I had to ask 3 times on 3 different days to have the outside cleaned. The bathtub had hairs in it from previous visitors. The room had an awful smell in it. Also, I have booked a suit but got the regular room, for the price of the suit. Do not go to this hotel.

It was very neglected and rundown- pool was closed and dark brown, gym closed and there is no upkeep or gardening- it wreaked of marjuana and there were parties until 3am with NO onsite staff between 1pm sat and 9am mon! We tried calling the after hours number numerous times once we arrived because the room keys to one of our two rooms didn’t work- but it just disconnected so we all had to squeeze into one room! It felt unsafe so we packed up and left that first night and found somewhere else to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Online the location and setup looked good. Pool, tennis court, gym and close to food, shopping. A whole different story once you get there

I didn't realize they would not have anyone on the property to give me my room key on the weekends. Not sure why they would let anyone book a room when there's nobody who can check you in. Booking.com didn't inform about this strange situation so I had to get another hotel until Monday. People on the phone were rude and not accommodating at all. They compared a hotel check in process to chick-fil-et being closed on sundays and told me to go stay somewhere else. Incredibly rude.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The area was quiet and I had no issues.

This was a great experience right from the start. My stay was from April 1- April 4. Checking in was a breeze. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and gave me all the information I needed to be able to reach the staff there. The room was clean, and neat. All the amenities worked and I felt comfortable right away. It was like a little home away from home.

Unfortunately my room was covered in cigarette ash residue even though it’s a non smoking hotel and i had a break in attempt while I was staying there so I had to leave on my first night.
