Wish the fitness center had been open but if you're on vacation, skip the workout and take a walk around the area.

Not luxe but a good value in a city known for exorbitant prices. Location is ideal and valet parking an unexpected bonus! Unit was small (not an issue for a solo traveler) but equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay -- including beach towels, chairs, umbrella. The courtyard/pool is lovely and the beach an easy 10-minute walk away. Nice grocery store across the street. Pharmacy/diner on the corner is a great place for a hearty and inexpensive breakfast. Short distance to The Breakers -- visit there for the opulence but stay here to spare your pocketbook.

You can hear lots of movement above you if people are heavy footed or dropping things

Room was perfect and filled with everything you needed. Beach chairs and umbrella, cooler were perfect for a day at the beach. Across street from publiks for beach snacks. Staff was very kind to a tired and forgetful traveler. the old school feel of hotel, their garden around the heated pool. Valet staff was very attentive!

The TV in the smaller bedroom wasn’t working.

We loved the pool and courtyard. The building was beautiful too. Location was perfect only a few blocks from the beach and about a one mile walk to West Palm. The room was clean and well equipped including beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It was very convenient.

Renovation noise from work being done on other units. The guests next door had their tv on very high volume all night the first night of our stay.

Perfect location and excellent value. I would definitely return to that unit.

I used booking.com to book my room! But at the hotel my card information was ((attempted)) to be used by someone at the front desk! My bank alerted me of the fraud usage!

The Valet was horrible, they miss putting us back in their system everyday and the last day to the airport they said they would park on the street for us and they didn't so we had to try to find our car at 4am with no attendant. The bed was very hard and made us have a sore back.

The apt was great and loved the room and location. I was handicapped and it didn't say no elevator, thankfully the owner changed the room for us.

Smelled musty and less attention given to upper floor upkeep than downstairs. Maintenance and repair work was ongoing and pool was not open

Great location a few minutes away from the beach! You have restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. Nice swimming pool and garden.

Carpets were so filthy in the halls and on the stairs. Would probably kill a normal vacuum cleaner. Who puts curtains in the shower window facing outside. Please just put a film on the glass. Dumb place for a window.

Room itself was really nice but smaller than expected. The building was beautiful. Near a Publix store, walking distance. Nice location and good price. Room had a air cleaner which saved me. I have terrible allergies.

Offer fresh hot coffee somewhere close...i brought my own coffee however, a keurig was in room...no big deal...but hot coffee in lobby or something

not applicable to this hotel no food offered on location...loved the privacy of the hotel pool. Location is phenomenal. The price was good
