More staff visibility, no one at front desk throughout the afternoon also since most guests were there due to hurricane it would have been nice if they put out food to feed guests since all restaurants closed

I was not aware of the fact that I would be charged additional fees and taxes upon arriving at the hotel, since I had already paid for the hotel through Booking.com. the room was clean overall, but someone had used the bathroom before we had gotten to our room, so that was dirty as a result. The shower also had a little hair in it, but I was pleased with room’s cleanliness as a whole. The only other negative thing I would have to say about my stay, was the breakfast’s milk. The milk was spoiled. When my brother went to drink it, it had a smell to it, and it was chunky too.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. I loved the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate area as well. I also appreciated how the breakfast was changed up each day so that you wouldn’t get board with just one main breakfast dish.

The first room, had a moldy fridge that didn't work. The front desk moved us to a room with a working fridge, so the issue was immediately resolved.

overcrowded, only one working elevator didn’t help. front desk clerk gave zero information upon check in, just handed me my key so I had to ask all questions. phone in room did not work. outlets in bathroom and room had something in the slots and were unusable, alarm clock and tv outlets were the only ones that worked. pool is indoor, small and not welcoming. no coffee maker in room. overpriced for what we got.

Room was pricey. No shuttle to/from airport even though it's listed as an airport hotel. Snacks very expensive. TV remote/guide did not work. Front desk agent could have been friendlier.

We loved staying at the Tru. It was our first time staying at this modern and very trendy hotel.The room was very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Tonya at check-in. I am now obsessed with the lemon sugar body wash and lotion they provide for free. The tv was a huge flat screen on the wall. The hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and pancakes was delicious. They have a pancake machine that will make you two hot cakes by the wave of your hand. How cool is that.. My husband and I will be back..

The only thing I didn’t like was that there weren’t any firm pillows. They were a little too soft for my liking and had to either fold one in half or use two at once.

I liked the overall layout of the room as well as the comfort of the bed. The option of breakfast in the morning was nice as well as snacks and drinks being available 24/7.
