Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOur rooms air conditioning sounded so awful and very loud, couldn’t hear ourselves over it. We could have gone downstairs and told them but just turned it off as was late (when we put it on), and didn’t want to disturb any other guests. Mentioned it on checking out instead.

Everything looks new, decent breakfast, clean bedsheets and towels, all necessary toiletries were provided. Free parking, no weird smell.

United StatesNot the hotel's fault - but the short stretch of 70th street to get into the parking lot is awful. You could lose a tire in a pothole.
We were in Cleveland for three days of testing at the clinic - pretty stressful. Without a doubt the convenience of getting to and from Cleveland Clinic was the main reason for our stay.

United StatesOur room was very cold, staff came quickly and resolved. They did not have evening meal which would have been fantastic. Even sandwich or salad selection , as many people were at the clinic and way to tired to go out to find a bite to eat. They just wanted a quick bite and bed.Pleasant

Breakfast was pretty good. My son liked the omlets, pancakes and free hot chocolate 24/7. Good location for us, we have to visit Cleveland Clinic a lot. The hotel is clean, quiet and the beds are comfy. I love the pillows.
