One building closest to the garage has an elevator, the other 2 story building did not. We have mobility issues, and were assigned in the 2story. We were struggling with suitcases, when fortunately a worker spotted us and took our luggage up for us. Very kind and declined a tip. We wanted to be near our fellow travelers and they were in and settled next to our room, so we did not want to request a change to the elevator building. So it all worked out. They cleaned our room, and changed our linen which was a pleasant surprise these days.

It was a beautiful escape from the rest of key west. It was quiet and restful. The pool area was pretty and garden like, loved the padded loungers and the included continental breakfast by the pool and the wine social hour 5-6 pm. The covered off street parking was great, and the trolley stop was right down the street one block away. Good restaurants were plentiful nearby or a quick Uber away. We never used our car.

The hotel was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - close enough to Duval Street but far enough away from the late night crowd. The hotel staff were fantastic, every afternoon we were brought bottles of water which was a great little touch.

Excellent breakfast, great facilities including pool towels. Nice touch for free wine at happy hour by the pool. Parking facilities on site were handy. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. Hairdryer, fridge, iron all available in room. Jacuzzi pool and plenty of sunbeds.

The elevator did not go to our room. We had to use the stairs.

This hotel is located in a great spot. It’s very close to the main street, but it’s quiet and tropical. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was convenient to start off your day by relaxing at the pool or venturing out to sightsee, shop, and have fun! The parking is right under the building. I’ll be back!

Beds were not horrible but not great. Would have liked a chair to sit on not just a desk chair. Doors & Drawers did not stay shut when clothes were put in them.

The location was great for us. Not too far from the action on Duval but far enough that you didn't hear the noise. Breakfast was weak. Lots of bread/carbs and you could not heat the croissants.

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was fairly large. We had a nice patio set outside our room. The pool area was inviting. The staff was always working hard to clean and keep the place tidy!

breakfast was not good at all. Lots of bread but absolutely nothing to eat it with (except jam). No cheese, ham, tomato- nothing. When we arrived (hour before the end of breakfast time), we saw last ham-cheese pie and that was it, we missed it.

Breakfast could use a lift, like including some eggs. We went out for breakfast every day.

Location. Hotel is well located with a nice parking which helps as you can walk everywhere and need no car.
