We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast had a good selection of healthy and not so healthy foods. I loved the casual bar in the lobby as well as the Starbucks. The room was clean and quiet! Also, a big plus was the shuttle from the hotel to the casino as we were in town for a concert.

Many angry and frustrated people in my line. Also, when we asked some staff about directions, or food choices, they simply said, “I don’t know; no one was very helpful. United StatesDid not like that despite advertising, the sports bar was closed. The food we ate at the hotel restaurant was simply frozen food that was heated up - the fries were good tough.
The hotel was very clean. Elevators were always available and loved having Starbucks in the lobby. The few employees that we did encounter were very friendly.Also liked that it was very close to Oral Roberts University.

United StatesUnfortunately, the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to be working properly. Also, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was mold around the top of the bathtub towards the front of it. As well as around the ledge of the soap dish . I have stayed at this Marriott before and had an excellent stay overall before. I don’t know what happened this time.

United StatesThe hotel has spotty air conditioning. One room within the hotel is muggy and warm, another may be freezing. I realize people entering and leaving affect this, so I am forgiving.
Our front desk attendant was the sweetest and most likable person. (She deserves recognition!) She was swamped and dealt with many pressuring situations and rude travelers, while she kept her cool and remained polite with a beautiful, sincere smile!!

United StatesThe shower door did not remain closed but kept opening, letting a draft in while showering. I didn't get maid service the last two days during my stay. Because there was a children's dance competition and soccer game (separate events) during my stay there were a couple of nights when children were running up and down the hall giggling and laughing. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.
I did not have the breakfast there but I did get coffee in the mornings. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. It provided a relaxing get away after a busy day out. The bathroom was nice and clean.
