They need an elevator. Six flights of stairs to the third floor with luggage and kids was not fun. There were prostitutes working the parking lot that night, one with a young child in her arms maybe 3 or 4 years old. A fight broke out between a woman and a man and he was attacking her until she got free and was able to make it to her car to leave. Maybe having the cops patrol the parking lot at night by doing drive throughs.

Loved the pool right on the beach. Didn’t have to worry bout getting sand in the car or finding parking for the beach. Room was set up nicely though. The owners were very nice and helpful.

the floors were dirty, definitely not mopped. we couldn’t not wear shoes and socks. the outside by the dunes were full of trash and dirty diapers. we had “maintenance “ come into our room at 10pm without explanation.

We had a room with 3 beds. One of the beds was in a separate room with a door but did not have no tv on the dresser. It would of been nice to have another tv and not have to share one with our kid’s.

Was suppose to have ocean view room. We were ocean front, but couldn’t see the ocean from our room. A lot of trash around the hotel outside. Pools are dated and very basic.

Staff was very nice. Room in decent shape for the age of the hotel. Beds are very comfy!

*beds where not bad but not very comfortable either. My side the bed felt like springs were broken and slanted. *No actual pool rules so this allowed others staying to be out all times of the night partying with no respect to others. I actually felt bad for staff having to clean the pool area due to beer bottles, cans, trash cans overflowing with garbage, wet diapers, sand in pool bc ppl wouldn't rinse before getting in after visiting the beach. I want specify race bc that is just not worth a fight over but 90% was the issue. A woman brought her disabled daughter, maybe 12/13 , to swim and these fools come from the beach and started jumping in around her. Her mama had to pull her from the water which is complete crap. They had no respect for nothing. Gawking at me and my own daughter while sunbathing. *Two stove eyes didn't work nor did the vent above the stove. No cookware or utensils etc in room so had to buy our own. Fridge was mini and freezer frozen up. Had to ask for coffee pot bc there wasn't one. The one they brought up, didn't work so a goodwill run and bought a coffee pot. *Tub had rust stains in the bottom as well as the shower head which I found out day one by hanging white top to dry. Water pressure was crap. Slight step up walking into bathroom so Yay for stub toes. *No daily housekeeping.. literally bought broom from dollar store. Had to ask laundry attendants for toilet paper, trash bags and fresh towels. *Room had AC but only felt the coolness when returning to room. So definitely a bit hotter when sleeping. The AC filter could definitely use a cleaning. Unfortunately this could go on and on and bc of these things, we will not be returning to this facility.

We loved that the facility was right on the beach. The room was overall clean, upon arrival, and staff was friendly. The price was great for the five nights we stayed. Definitely close to alot of shops and things to do. (Or a quick drive)

The parking lot was very nasty. The window to the deck were very nasty as well.The pool was okay need some work.

The room was okay because we had the 3 bed and a little kitchen. And a great view of the ocean that was the best part. And the staff was always nice and courteous to us.
