It's a small hotel, with a BIG heart. Great staff, cleanest rooms we've ever been in. When you walk up to check in, it was so very un-typical. Outgoing, funny, quick, and welcoming staff and just the friendliest people. The rooms are so comfortable. An all around perfect place to rest and feel at home.

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect fancy bells and whistles. But, anything you might need you can probably find nearby (grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, etc. are short walk away).

Budget-friendly, nicely updated, super clean and well-kept, and the nicest staff ever. Location is smack dab in the center of Tempe so all those great restaurants, shops and bars on Mill are a stone's throw. Free parking in the little lot is very convenient. And if you're planning to be on the ASU campus, this is a fabulous place to stay. Oh, and there's a coffee maker and tiny adorable retro fridge. And plenty of outlets for devices.

This is a clean, well managed property next to ASU. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here for a night prior to a flight out of Sky Harbour Airport. It was an easy drive to the airport the next morning.

Only small thing was large dirt/black scuff marks on the top comforter that were hard to ignore.

What a pleasant surprise to come across this hotel during my time in Tempe. Fantastic location, great amenities, well up-to-date room with a bonus cove with a couch & easy chair! I loved staying there. Will be back!

Great location right in the heart of ASU! So many restaurants, bars, shops, cvs, Whole Foods all within a very short walking distance. Steps away from the electric shuttle. The rooms are updated, cute and cozy. Mini fridge, small coffee maker. No breakfast, no pool or hot tub but not a deal breaker by any means. Best value for that area for sure!

Room was on the smaller side & it felt a little stuffy in there even with the air on. Our room seemed a little thrown together but otherwise had everything we needed.

The girls in the office when we checked in and out were very pleasant. When we checked in she gave great suggestions on things to do. We had never been to Tempe Enjoyed our stay. We were had a flight at 12:15 pm to go back to Illinois.

Fridge right next to the bed noisy. I had to unplug it to stop the noise. Small parking lot. Make sure you get early as you can find a good spot. Big trucks or trailers will suffer. If you are ok with this, you will be surprised how good the rooms are.

Friendly staff, small hotel, CVS very close forgetting a snack late night. Room very nice. Everything looks brand new. Much better than higher class hotels.
