Homeless sleeping in the park, but the property was secured. That's Tucson, in our experiences there.

Easy check in, updated rooms (cute!), clean, comfy beds and pillows, good linens and towels. Walkable restaurants. It is in a great location.

Great little Inn close to the college and both sides of the National park. Stayed 1 night as a pass through and was happy with the room and the parking. Not many people for a Friday night so it was very quiet and there were plenty of parkiing spots. The man who checked us in was also friendly and personable.

Recently remodeled rooms are wonderful. Everything in the room is new and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. A small refrigerator and microwave were provided making it even more convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

The parking situation is super inconvenient. It was also a relatively loud area.

Staff was wonderful and the location in relation to U or Az and other places in Tuscon was great.

The coffee was not good, and there was so little for breakfast that we walked across the street to eat at a restaurant, which was cheap and good. But despite this, we were very pleased with this motel.

The room was good-sized, and the beds were comfortable. The towels were nice and thick, and the shower was good. The location was terrific, close to the university area where we found some excellent restaurants. It was easy to travel around Tucson from this location.

Wasn't clear to me that the key could be left at the desk by dropping it of thru an office accessible area. Had to ring bell/buzzer and ended up waking up the manager at middle of the night because I had to leave early for the airport. He might want to emphasize this more during check-in. If driving from a moderate or greater distance, it is good to be aware that some Tucson roads end, and slight detours are required (e.g., maybe a block or so over on the road where the section discontinues) to keep going on the same road. Not directly hotel-related, but it caused me to have to check in later than I planned.

Reasonably close to U of Arizona campus where I went to a game. Nice view of mountains from second level balcony/walkway area. Comfortable bed.

We thought staying close to downtown would be a bonus but the downtown in Tucson is nothing to write home about.

There was a funny smell due to the cleaning products used on the hard surfaces. We kept the window open and it wasn't so bad.

When we checked in, the host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels, coffee etc. An easy walk into town and close to historic 4th avenue.

The shampoo dispenser must have been jammed up or something. I did about thirty pumps and only got about a teaspoon., I finally gave up and used my own.

Room was large enough, enough plugs, superior lighting (good for reading, but if you want it dim that's available too), sufficiently quiet, parking easy. We were on the ground floor, which we prefer. And it had a refrigerator so I could accommodate my diet soda habit.
