The pool was not clean. I don't even think think the filter was running. Stuff (small particals) were floating in the water also every cloudy water. Clumps of hair all over the cement surrounding the pool. Very desusting.

Everyone was very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious with lots of food choices . Only thing missing was the tv was older and not a smart tv .I Couldnt hook up to Netflix . Tv channels were limited. Blue tooth in bathroom was a nice bonus 👌

I only have 2 small complaints, we didn't have much control over the temperature of our room, we like to sleep in a cool room, but couldn't get it below 70. Second, was the pillows were not my favorite, but my daughter LOVED them.

The staff was very friendly and the facilities were lovely. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast, but the coffee was much better than other hotels I have stayed at! I felt very safe staying at the hotel.

One of our group sleeps in a recliner for several medical reasons and so she was quite uncomfortable and unable to sleep. I didn't use the pool but noticed it was quite cloudy. One set of our group thought they booked directly with VanBuren and were charged outrageous Tax Recovery fees, over $70 a night. The desk clerk said she had booked through Expedia and there was nothing they could or would do. No where in her paperwork was there anything to back up that claim.

We were a group of 8. We were able to eat together at breakfast and the staff told us about the meeting room in the basement where we were able to snack and play cards both nights until around midnight without disturbing anyone. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Bed was hard. A recliner would be appreciated instead of the upholstered chair.

Price at front desk was $40 higher than internet price. Coffee is extremely HOT actually burned hand.

Pool was warm. Breakfast was great young lady working was consistently cleaning the breakfast area and maintaining the food and very polite. Large whirlpool tub in the suite.

Needs upgrading such as carpet and painting. The breakfast needs restocking more often. We got there at 8 am and everything was about gone.

The couch/pull-out was awful. Not comfortable at all. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and gave a cheesy feel. The price point was too much for this room.

It was quiet, the property was nice, and the non-carpeted floors felt cleaner.
