It’s simple room of course - but that correlates to the price And there is only window A/C so sometimes it’s noisy but most of the time you just need to open a window and it’s enough

The hotel is located near the beach like 2 mins You have tons of cheap eats nearby, you are in the heart of Waikiki Wi-fi was good, fast, had zoom calls We had ocean view and we could see almost 270 degree view from our room - beautiful The housecleaning service was awesome! They even would come back in the evening if in morning the room was unavailable The breakfast was good, some daily changes Make sure you try pineapple! They give you beach gear for free, you can get towels, chairs, umbrellas You have coffee in the lobby all the time and the coffee was good Make sure to bring your reusable bottle, they have a water machine where you can refill it

I wish there was a swimming pool

I loved the feeling of the room and the lobby. The fan was really effective. The room felt really clean, staff were lovely and helpful which made a difference

If you are a lite sleeper do not take a sea wiev room because of the noise from the street.

Clean rooms, a little small; we wanted to change the room because of the street noise and we get another one in no time, very friendly staff, especially mr. Cory.

Unfortunately the living room and entrance are currently under construction. So the living room has reduced space and was always very crowded. Otherwise this would be a clear 10!

This is overall a great hotel: - very cozy, clean and modern room with an amazing view - friendly and helpful staff - great location, just 200m to Waikiki Beach - great breakfast buffet

Great breakfast with fresh fruit, comfortable bed. The amenity fee included beach towels and equipment and it was always fully stocked. Short walking distance to the beach, delicious poke bowls just across the street. Nice staff. Didn't hear much of the noise at night - maybe because I was staying in a room at a higher floor. Clean room.

The breakfast room does not have enough space but the breakfast itself is good.

Best location just next to the beach and loads of outdoor cafes and food trucks. Very friendly staff, the rooms are spacious. Appreciate the coffee and water always available downstairs. Providing beach towels, chairs etc is just great.

The room was smaller than expected. The mountain view was nice, but many buildings were blocking most of it.

The staff was nice from the front desk to the housekeepers. The location was good for me because I was a solo traveler and I didn't rent a car. So, literally, when you walked outside the hotel, there was a local eatery and other stores within eyesight.

They staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay! They received us with the most delicious pineapple juice that Ive ever tried and also, they provided us with a beautiful room for our honeymoon. One of the best things about the hotel are the beach stuff they provide during the stay.

Couldn't use some of my sports apps on the smart TV.. Would be nice to have a safety hand hold in the shower/ bath.

Excellent location and pleasant and helpful staff. Doing a good job of working around ongoing construction repairs in the reception area. Excellent daily breakfasts, as well as coffee/teas/waters available 24hrs. Surprised how well the window a/c unit worked.

Breakfast should start sooner, since people leave early for tours activities. Currently, breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30am.. would be nice to have it at 6am.

Hotel is well located, few blocks from the beach, markets and restaurants. Hotel offers for free beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, mats. Also, they give you upon request box so you can pack fruits to take for the day. Water fountain and ice machine available, tea and coffee available every day.

Great location just back from Waikiki Beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and front desk staffed 24hrs which is a big plus. Room was comfortable and clean.
