steps away from beach, great food, shopping and amazing experience. nightly parking was less expensive compared to other hotels. the free breakfast was a good start to the morning. amazing view every morning.

We requested two double beds on the reservation. We were given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. After pointing this out to management they did give us the proper room. It did however take one day for this to take place. The sofa bed was used one night and it was not comfortable.

It was in an excellent location, very close to the beach. Property had parking available but was $40 per day not the $35 listed on the Booking.com site. After I pointed this out to the management, they did honor the $35 per day fee. Management worked to make everything up to my expectations.

Our plumbing continually backed up(toilet, sink, etc.). Also, there are no dining options after the on-site restaurant closes at 9 am. The continental breakfast needs more options, including some hot dishes(eggs, meats, potatoes, etc).

Proximity to the beach, staff were very friendly, not an overly large facility.

The room was very comfortable. The view whilst only partial ocean view was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Leo on the bellhop desk.

I know it's probably money related, but we were a bit shocked with the polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery at the restaurant. There wasn't even an option to plate the plastic separately for recycling. Maybe plastic recycling doesn't occur in Hawaii?

The location is great, being just one block back from the beach with plenty of restaurants readily at hand. I requested a high room with a view and we could see both Diamond Head and Waikiki beach from the 15th floor lanai. A fantastic thing. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was not amazing, and we thought we'd take advantage of the 1/2 price offerings at the attached restaurant, but we kept going back to the hotel restaurant anyway as it was totally adequate with a good range of fruit and the mighty waffle machine. The staff there were very efficient cleaning the tables as soon as a guest left. The ice machine and filtered chilled water were very welcome.

Great location, just off the main beach , easy walk to everything. On site cafe great for breakfast with a 50% discount offered for hotel guests, amazing food, good portions. I had the Omelet both days.

1st day, we disturbed the cleaner to get something we forgot in the room. She was polite enough and left but never came back to make the bed or leave us any soap, shampoo etc
