The shower wasn't cleaned, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. If you can get past that the hotel wasn't bad at all.

Checking in was easy and hassle free. The ac was good. I was in the back of the building, and it was quiet.

Again, the motel is old. I think it could be quite a gem if someone came in and invested money in it because it could be considered historic. For the per night price, I don't believe it was a good value. At $150 a night, it is in the moderate category but in my opinion, it's a bit too high. Sadly, the place is in disarray, but they are keeping the things that are important up to par. The pool was clear, the room was clean but the sliding glass door had a big crack in it. The toilet was positioned very close to the wall and the shower was small (as was the bathroom). The courtyard landscaping was in dire need of care and there was a lot of exposed wiring and piping from what I imagine were attempts to modernize the site. Sadly it's is a place of crumbling nostalgia but if you want a clean place for a night or two and are visiting the Warm Springs, I would not steer you away.

For an old motel, it was clean and the staff was friendly and willing to help out. The location was really convenient for visiting the Warm Mineral Springs park, it was literally right up the street. Walking distance for the most part. I did not witness any bugs or rodents.

The hotel was good but the hot tub and pool closed by order of city very bad. No breakfast. If I had know the hot to be closed would have stayed somewhere else.

No hot water (shower only lukewarm), and room phone did not work (thank goodness for my cellphone). Wifi password, as given by front desk did not work, but since I have unlimited data, that wasn't a major problem. If we had stayed longer, I would have questioned these problems, but we were there only to lend support for a family member during a medical procedure, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room itself.

Close to family's home. Full-size refrigerator, so we were able to keep a whole case of water cold. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a little cramped. Next time I will request a handicap access room. I did like the fact that it was a shower only, and no tub to navigate. We were able to park our van directly in front of our room. Each room also has a full wall of windows/sliding glass doors looking out onto a patio (which opens onto a courtyard) with a table and 2 chairs. There is also a grill on each patio.

It was filthy. Safety lock on door didn’t work. Large spaces around the door where you could see light through the doorway…bugs entering. Bugs in the bathroom (hundreds) in the toilet seat, sink…disgusting

The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, the blanket had cigarette burns on it. The table tops were sticky and hadn’t been wiped, inside the mini fridge stuff had been spilled and not cleaned. The bathroom was GROSS.

There is nothing to like about this property except the location.

The air conditioner could not keep up. It was hotter than hell during the daytime. Even with the air on and a fan.(It got so hot I had to go buy a fan). The ac unit is located in the wrong spot to keep the room cool. The garden in the back was beautiful but needs more maintenance.The grounds are not well kept at all.
