The only way to have ice was to make some in the freezer in the room. So there is no ice upon arrival as there is no other independent ice machine in the hotel.

Nice, clean suite. Very comfortable during our stay. The full size fridge was great to have.

The kitchen, although very nice with lots of cupboards lacked some basics. Not enough dishes, glasses and basic utensils ie. spatula. A little far from stores and restaurants.

The condo was very modern, clean, and good size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The fire pits outside were great to relax in the evening. The barbeques were new, clean and in good working order. The 24 hour coffee machine was much appreciated.

Extraordinary experience. The staff really made my stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful, even if it was at 3:00 am. Will recommend to friends and family who visit Phoenix and definitely stay there again if I'm in Phoenix again.

It’s a place, I couldn’t find that I would change

The one bedroom suite complete with a full kitchen was home away from home. Spotless, comfortable, and just perfect!

The $100 incidental charge was not taken off my bill. I had to contact the credit card company. Also, I was unable to figure out how to use the exercise bikes.

I was a little surprised that there was a $100 refundable fee which I presume was for any theft or unexpected room damage, but this was fully refunded. There were no sit-down restaurants close by, but they were available an easy 3 miles away so this was not too bad.

Room was nice, layout out well, with many amenities such as a full size refrigerator, stove top, utensils, knives, plates, shower with glass doors, comfortable bed, and a TV with many pay channels included. And unusual for a hotel, the lighting was bright enough to easily see. Also, it is important to note that the heating/cooling system worked very well and we were not cold at night. There were no surprise charges that some hotels are doing these days, such as resort or parking fees. Parking was crowded but available and free.

Not very sound insulated - a surprising amount of noise from outside through the night. Also fridge in our room was quite noisy.

Spacious clean, new room with decent kitchenette. Staff friendly at check-in. Good shower. Good WiFi and easy parking. Free hot drinks in the lobby. Gym looked good.

Super modern and clean place to stay in Phoenix, 30 minutes away from Downtown. Full kitchen (incl. full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher). Washer & Dryer. TV with YouTube support. Excessively (wow) friendly staff. Free parking on site.

We cannot think of one thing that we don't like about staying here. We are so happy to have finally found the best place for us to stay in Phoenix while visiting family.

Everything about this property is top notch! The staff at the front desk goes above and beyond, incredibly friendly and helpful. Of course, the coffee machine in the lobby is amazing too!

I was a bit upset to receive an email that I had to check in by midnight. I intentionally booked my room in North Phoenix to minimize my drive home to Prescott the next day. I arrived in the valley to early to check in and had an event in Queen Creek. It was going to be a late check in, however since I prepaid it should have been available at my convenience to check in. I called and questioned the check in time frame and they extended it to 2am. The attendant was short with me questioning “the email”and she said it was common practice to have a check In time or loose it. I have been traveling for years and never heard of this policy. If that is your hotel policy, please disclose that statement when booking and or at least with confirmation.
