Waited over 2 hours past check in for our room, it wasn’t ready. Hotel bar area was super dirty, lots of empty glasses and plates left all over the bar and lobby area. Some staff were helpful, more than half were very unhelpful and grouchy w questions I had during the stay and when I had called earlier in the week.

The bathroom was very, very large. However, neither the heated floor control nor the control for the wall heater worked. Therefore, the bathroom was a little chilly. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant was less than 1/3 filled but after 15 minutes of waiting at our table we left without any waitstaff checking on us..disappointing.

The lady at the reception desk was very nice and efficiently checked me in. The facility was modern and clean. Room was a good size and the view was great.

You need like a little store to sell toiletries and other small items that customers may forget to bring.

When I got into the room there was old food in the fridge, the heater in the bathroom did not work, and the shower drain was backed up as it felt like I was standing in the tub while taking a shower

They really need to hire more people in the brunch restaurant. The staff was amazinging but they were so overworked, it took forever to just get basic service. I asked if several people didn't come to work and was told they are always this busy. For the price of the hotel, this shouldn't be such a problem.

There was supposed to be a pet welcome package with bowls. I asked about it, and someone was supposed to bring everything to my room. I never received it or a call about it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I brought my dog with me. There is a nice dog park very close by. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I felt quite safe walking around.

Delores at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. In the room we initially got had dog hair all over the sofa. I called down to the front desk and Delores made sure we were taken care of. I greatly appreciate her help.

That nothing opened till 5. I know it's not the hotel's fault.....just like alot of other restaurants.....they don't have the people to work them.

The location is great, we could walk to our concert venue and everything we needed was closeby. Parking is right in the next building although we had to drive up to the 8th level before finding spots that weren't reserved.

Some of the papers that identify room/hotel information showed some wear (wrinkled) and that seemed chincy. Just put out a new sheet of paper without the wrinkles.

Breakfast was very good. I was disappointed that wifi was an extra charge. The soap for the shower was found opened. Thought that was odd. Nice room size. Really nice tv.

No change of towels unless we requested by 10:00 a.m. There should have been a card in the room informing us of this policy and it was not mentioned when we checked in. Also no additional coffee brought to the room for the second morning. Very poor. Noise and talking in the hall after midnight was somewhat annoying. If you cut back on services, reduce your prices.

The parking attendants and doormen were very polite and helpful.

Hotel got raided by Feds during my stay, for some opioid syndicate, was oblivious to it. Area around the hotel is run down, but seems that its up and coming.

Room services was decent, came in styro-foam packaging, well organized and packaged. Lobby bar was good, location was close to everything, walking distance to major attractions. Hudson cafe for breakfast is great, MGM casino and its restaurants. Starbucks located within the hotel.

Room service food was not good for my steak, I ordered the temperature "medium rare", but very tough. The Calamari was good. But the steak was very bad, but we had just drove in and wanted to eat before going to sleep.

Everything was extraordinary. The rooms were very clean and we were able to check in early. Everyone was very nice and polite, the valet was extremely efficient and kind and the pool/hot tube area was exceptionally clean. Nice gym to work out in 24/7 and the entire hotel smelled very nice. The first thing I look at in hotel rooms is the bathroom and everything in there was pristine. I would defknitly stay here again.

On the website we paid for a room specifically with a city view and once we got there, our windows looked directly into an apartment complex. So instead of a city view that we paid for, we had to keep the curtains and everything closed because we could see into the apartments across the street meaning they could also see into our room.

How clean the room was. The long strains of hair in the shower was not good. The price we paid for the hotel was not worth it. The valet was confusing. Hotel employees chatting at the entrance of the hotel when they could be helping guests.

Location. Within walking distance to most places downtown. Bed was comfortable.

When I got to the hotel to check in, I had found out they had canceled My hotel rooms and still charged me the full amount and informed me the hotel was now full and could not give me a room. In affect, they stole my money.
