The noise of the lift (sound when it arrived at our floor… our room was very close to it); the noise from upstairs and surrounding rooms; the breakfast offer was a little bit disappointing.

The large bedroom, the comfortable big beds, the smart tv, the fact that they gave us many bath towels, the location.

Room was not soundproof and we were so disturbed by all the noises happened outside, corridor and the next door rooms Bath tub was slippery and it was not comfortable to have a safe bath Washroom was so noisy when we open the shower There were very less variety of breakfast available and it will be soon over if you are not there by first 30-40 mins

We wished there was more options for breakfast, like maybe bagels or muffins or waffles. It was the samething both mornings. Also the second morning we went down for breakfast it was very busy which is normal for a hotel, but the lady from the kitchen was rude to a guest. When a gentleman asked her if that was all the bread. She replied " yeah that's all you get" in a unpleasant tone.

Front desk clerks all very friendly and helpful! As was all the housekeepers we spoke with. Room clean and neat. Walking distance to the falls if you prefer. You qill pay to park pretty much every where you go

The room was not very clean yes it had fresh sheets and towels. At first glance it looked very good, but the baseboards were extremely filthy. The safe didn’t work. There were no chairs to sit on just the desk chair and the beds.

The room was nice and clean, the bed super comfy. We had an issue the first night with the guests above us, I think they were wearing cement sneakers and moving furniture,,,,at 3 am. I mentioned this to the front desk staff. Our second night was blissfully silent. They moved the guests from above us. I was very impressed. The front desk staff and manager were all very pleasant and smiley...Oh and the bathroom sink was draining slowly so I mentioned that as well and a maintenance worker came and fixed it toot sweet. Very professional and friendly! All in all it was an excellent stay.

The idea of serving breakfast starts at “ 7 am” to me doesn’t look good. I mean cmon some people wake up early and gotta go do their daily tasks and need breakfast early. They should start giving breakfast at least 6 am.

For our top rated hotel, on this holiday so far, it was surprising our room wasn't serviced.

The location was great. Nice walking distance from the falls. The room was huge and well equipped with a great shower, too. Beds were very comfortable too. Large selection for breakfast and a heated indoor pool looked inviting however we were so busy sight seeing we didn't get time for a dip.

The walls were paper thin, so you could hear EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms and in the hallway. Now, Niagara being the honeymoon capital of the world… it might not be related, but it’s a G-rated way to describe the situation. One in our group had VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ‘honeymooners’ next door and got literally no sleep (they went for hours, and excessively loudly, both nights). The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel, so plan on that possibly being an issue. Front desk staff could be friendlier - they were ok, but not the epitome of hospitality, more like ‘fine, since you’re already here, I’ll do my job, but don’t expect me to pretend I’m happy about it’.

I could hear my floor mates often... walls are thin. I would like more fresh fruit and veggies at the breakfast table. The pool was dirty (lots of hair in pool). Our keys didn't work on the last day... we had to go to front desk.

Breakfast was abysmal! No other word for it. Tasteless eggs, tiny pancake long line for toast, cereal and that was it! A bit of hair on the bathtub and behind the toilet. No shutter blinds in room

It was extremely spacious, clean to an extent and quite modern. About 10mins walk to the Falls. Good ambience. Definitely comfortable and won't mind staying again if breakfast is improved or maybe scrapped as not okay at all
